They made a mistake and instead of admitting it and apologizing for the inconvenience, he lied and tried to blame me. I called him out on it and proved him wrong but he continued to tell a bold face lie. He was rude and didn't like me asking questions about the treatment.

I am a new patient to SEPA. My initial appointment with Dr Shah went very well and I was very encouraged by his understanding of my chronic pain issue. He listened and allowed me to ask all my questions. I had a recent procedure that so far has helped a great deal. I have been to many, many doctors over the years for this chronic pain from RSD. I find Dr Shah to be right up there at the top as far as his thorough understanding of RSD, bedside manner and concern for helping to relieve my pain. His assistant, Erin is efficient and knowledgeable. Lindsey, the X-ray tech was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. The office staff is grand. The women are kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to have been referred to Dr Shah by my primary care physician after the retirement of my original RSD doctor. Not having to drive into the city is a plus and such convenient locations is the icing on the cake. Chronic pain can ruin your whole life. I feel like Dr Shah is giving me mine back.
