Very busy office with waiting room over flowing.Doctor spent a few minutes only but was personable

Waited an hour to see him for less than 5 mins.very rushed.waiting room over crowded . No place to sit

Helpfulness of front office staff and telephone staff was most excellent o, my most recent experience, completely overturning a prior negative review of mine, which I now retract. Alicia went above and beyond and I am most grateful.

Dr Gupta is a good doctor but the office is poorly run . Too many patients are scheduled and as a result Dr Gupta only spends a few minutes with each one

This office minimally has twice as many patients as the office staff is equipped to handle along with a barely adequate waiting room for all those people. It will take you at least a half an hour to check in when you arrive. And then you will have to wait minimally 30 to 45 minutes before you see your doctor. I find the staff to be unresponsive and disrespectful, probably as a result of not being managed or supervised properly due to the overwhelming amount of patients they have to handle. As a new patient you'll receive a text saying it is from Dr Gupta and that if there are any problems with the office you should text him personally. It's bogus. Your text, when they answer you, is handled by the office staff, and they don't take care of whatever it is you're texting about, they bounce it back to you with further instructions. Lastly, I was there to see a Dr. Marvin Stein but my prescriptions when I got them from the pharmacist had Dr Gupta's name on it. I never met the man. So that strikes me as somewhat shady. I would avoid this office.

Dr. Gupta and staff are excellent. They are courteous, professional and experienced. I had a pain-free in-office procedure performed and all went very well. Definitely would recommend.

Made appt on a Thursday, had surgery on Friday! In and out of outpatient in four hours! Couldn’t be happier with Dr., staff and nurses! Highly recommend!

The doctors here are ok but it’s ridiculous that I am here for 2 plus hours each visit. The waiting room time is guaranteed to be a good hour to an hour and a half. Maybe they should do better at scheduling patients.

Amazing doctor! Was so patient with our family during a very difficult time. We still have my Dad here with us due to him.

Terrible service, I scheduled for an appointment and couldn't make it for the vasectomy so had to reschedule. Second time I was on schedule and the doctor had to cancel because he wasn't there. Then the third time something else came up and now they don't want to see me at all. Most places would just charge a fee for missing the appointment but for them not to want to see me at all because I missed two appointments is unprofessional. Have a little business sense. Just charge a fee for missing an appointment. This will decrease the number of appointments that will be missed and at the very least make a little money for the money that you lost. Or charge a deposit. I've never been denied a appointment before for missing a previous appointment. Really disappointed. After seeing some of the other bad reviews now I'm actually happy to go elsewhere. If you're reading this then I would advise doing the same

Dr Gupta was fine. Poor organization and coordinating out of office tests by staff was horrible!

He's great. He explains everything and is very thorough. His staff is very nice. The only thing was the waiting time and the waiting area is extremely small.

This doctor displayed a complete lack of compassion and communication with me as his patient. I was not adequately prepared or informed about the process of the procedure that I was having done. After surgery, I never even saw the doctor for follow up before leaving the hospital. I called into the office two separate times after the procedure, experiencing complications, and was told that it was normal. In visiting with the nurse two weeks later, at a follow up, I was told that I had experienced severe complications and was not prescribed the correct medications to deal with the complications.

I really had a great experience with Dr. Gupta, he is kind and courteous and really knows his medicine.
