He listens to you, asks questions, spends time with you, and takes into consideration your input. I have finally found a good one.

Sometimes you can expect a wait time, but that's because Dr. Matthew truly takes the time to review you chart and history and takes the time to listen and examine you. That's with each patient. Very nice staff...miss our nurse a few years back .. she was so amazing

I have been going to doctor Mathews for over 20 years. He is always up to date on the latest in diabetic care. He listens, explains, and follows up with your care.

Dr. Matthews is such a great doctor!! I've been going to him since I was a little tot.

Expect to wait between 45 minutes to an hour from the time you walk in until you actually see Dr Mathew. The staff has no respect for your time and makes you listen to bad TV in the waiting room just to top it off. Apparently the initial nurse does not write down anything that you tell her as she takes vitals because you will just need to repeat the whole thing to Dr Mathew. He is a good doctor but you will leave angry because you spent so much time sitting around waiting. The woman who sets up appointments over the phone sounds either drugged or half asleep or both but she really just seems to talk this way in person too. Bring your laptop and noise cancelling headphones.

Incorrect diagnosis and did not listen to symptoms being expressed. Seemed to busy to care. Was left sitting in patient room for extended period of time after visit as was told to wait and then later asked why I was waiting. Terrible experience.

I have a bum under my eye and I did some research. I concluded it was a stye so I went to Doctor Matthews not only was I there for a very long time but he gave me a percription for a drug that gave me two more and they wont go away!
