Worst customer service ever!!! These people are just hungry money making people. They take no care or interest at all in their patients. I had been going to Dr. Jaffe for approximately 10 years and decided to make his wife the receptionist/office manager who is the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. Having been a longtime loyal patient, I continued to go anyway but it got to the point that her nastiness became unbearable. She’s fake, NOT nice, condescending, unaccommodating, and RUDE! Hopefully, Dr. Jaffe will see that this woman is going to ruin his career! There are better doctors/staff that deserve your time and money!

Environment is clean and organized. Wait Time is 5 min. Quality excellent, Customer Service front desk is very professional and kind. She is very accommodating to my scheduling needs. “I have never had such a great experience attending a physician 's office as with Dr. Jaffee and family. I referred a young girl who needed help and I would not trust just any doctor, she is very fragile, I needed a doctor I was positive would take excellent care of her and a staff that would treat her kindly. Dr jaffe and staff are not like the bad reviews say. I been seeing him for 1 year. I don't know what people want nowadays but I think he is the best Dr in this area.

I have been around the recovery community since 2015 and by far these are the most unprofessional and unknowledgeable people in this entire industry. I never complain, I am extremely easy going and in my entire life I have never written a nasty review about any service or doctor appointment I’ve ever been to. This was a terrible and humiliating experience for me. I went into my appointment and was asked to do a urine test. My urine was a false positive and when I kindly explained that I truly didn’t use, both Dr. Jaffee and his wife started accusing me of lying. I reiterated that honest to god I didn’t, and I would like another test done. False positives are extremely common and can be set off very easily. Ms. Jaffee said for another $10 I could get another pee done with a different cup. My pee came back negative like I said (if I was using a negative would literally be impossible with the same pee, so their cups are faulty), and not a single apology for the inconvenience was issued. These are the kind of people that profit off of sick people who are trying to better their lives rather than treating people with love and understanding. It’s very clear when you first meet them that they do not care about their patients recovery considering not once were meetings mentioned nor was I ever asked about my cravings or anything personal. For an overpriced $110 per appointment I found this astounding. They have completely lost their vision, they are rude and don’t care because they know they are glorified drug dealers and people who are desperate will keep paying them. Not me, and hopefully not anyone who respects recovery and the industry. There are so many great resources to reach out to, full of loving professionals who are willing to help. These people just aren’t it. Also, if a Dr. can’t take care of himself or his own body what makes you think he can treat or take care of you?

I’ve been in addiction treatment since 2015 and even worked in the field for a year and this care by far was the most astounding lack of knowdlege and disrespect for a paying client I’ve ever experienced in my life. I never write reviews I’m one of the most laid back and understanding people but I am beyond disgusted by how these people are in practice and treating people with addictions who are trying to get their lives on track. I came in for my appointment today and my pee test was a false positive. I politely explained that honest to god I didn’t use, and I would like another chance to pee in a cup or it to be sent to a lab because I didn’t use. They got increasingly irritated by this and starting accusing me of getting high (mind you with the door open for other clients to hear with complete disrespect for privacy). Mrs. Jaffee asked for $10 for another cup which came to be negative which if I was using would be physically impossible. Dr. Jaffee then reluctantly gave me my prescription without a single apology for the inconvenience or the false positive. He said he’s been in the industry for years, which is mind blowing due to the fact that false positives can be triggered so much and in this case it turned out to be THEIR faulty test. These are the kind of people who bank off of the opiate crisis and use it as a way to get a paycheck instead of saving lives. Not once has Dr. Jaffee asked anything about cravings, meetings, or anything personal. For $110 a visit he is one of the most uncaring and nonchalant physicians I’ve ever had. They have completely forgot their purpose and are so desensitized to drug addicts and the struggle that we go through trying to save our lives and get better. Thankfully I know a lot of people in the recovery community and I will not let this go unsaid. Please think twice before ever going here. There are so many doctors out there that care these people are just in it for the paycheck. And it’s really upsetting.

A rip off. He over charges by requiring you to see him every 90 days. State law says recertifications every 7 months. Nice guy though.

Horrible. Ripoff. Has patients come much more frequently than others. Won’t return calls. While plastic surgery has improved the receptionist’s looks, it’s done nothing for her disposition.

Both Dr Jaffee and his receptionist are rude and uncooperative. They both raised their voices to me and spoke over me when I attempted to explain my reason for calling. They also hung up after telling me to find another Dr. I DO NOT recommend this office. There are too many other kind Drs in the area. His office is a revolving door and he takes your money and offers no time for questions.

I have been on suboxone for 7 years. I moved to Florida and found Dr. Jaffe, as I needed a doctor immediately. I saw him a few times and consistently came on time paid the fee got the prescription. I also came to him at seven months pregnant. He started prescribing me sub you text. My last visit with him was very very alarming. When I came in he had white powder all over his nose and all over his desk. He And I agreed that I would take sub you text until I deliver the baby and then I would be on Suboxone. My last visit he gave me a prescription for two weeks of sub you text because I was about to go into labor. I called him to let him know I delivered the baby and was planning to pick up my prescription but since I delivered the baby maybe he should just call in four weeks of Suboxone. He let me know that he had canceled my sub you text prescription and will no longer be prescribing me any medication because he does not support breast-feeding while on Bupenorphine. I can respect his opinions but this is my decision to make and was a decision I made after consulting neonatologist pediatricians and addiction specialist. Dr. Jaffee left me with no medication in a potentially dangerous situation that could’ve endangered me and my new baby girl. I was forced to find a new doctor last minute while still being in the hospital. Not only did he cancel my medication and not help me find a new doctor or a solution but he hung up on me. He was happy to take my money at the last visit and cancel my prescription behind my back When I called and politely told him I found a new doctor and resolved my situation and asked him if he could refund my money since he never wrote me for the medication he arrogantly told me that I had taken his time up and therefore old him money. He had no consideration for the fact that he took up my time and my money and did absolutely nothing for me. Treated me with total disrespect and only cared about $110. Both me and my husband were seeing him consistently never caused any problems. This man is a erratic unpredictable and unprofessional. I will be reporting him to the department of health. My father is a psychiatrist in New York City and I know a lot about professionalism and how these doctors should operate. If you are looking for a doctor last minute and you don’t care about how you were treated and the potential of losing your medication then go see him but if you care about your recovery and having any type of relationship with your doctor I would recommend not wasting your time.

he does not care about the patients I called him when I need it him and he lied to me telling me that he send my reffills and when I called him back because he did not do it the call for my refills, he hang up on me and I called his wife always very respectfull and she did not let me talk and hang up on me after and putting me on hold for a lo g time and then she hang up on me. they are very unprofessional not ethic, they just care about the money and all the face lift and surgical procedures that she gets and for being a doctor he is very fat and unprofessional what an example for a doctor and rude cause he was the one that hang up on me with out me saiying a word and all I wanted is to ask for my records to go to another doctor

He’s not concerned about anyone ever getting better his practices are absolutely disturbing just keep feeding the world prescription so you can make money

I was a client of Scott Jaffe for over 2 years and recently left due to their foul treatment of patients. I could go on but I’ll just leave you with this bit of advice; Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a trustworthy doctor.
