The dr is awesome. His front desk staff needs to be more caring. I drove an hour to get there and due to more traffic than normal it took an extra 15 min to get to his apt and the receptionist would not let my brother sign in and said since he was 15 min late he'd have to reschedule. I think ill take him somewhere else. Considering I'm always waiting hours at many if the dr visits he has a moth with drs at this hospital and he gets turned away for 15 min. Dont need this kind if abuse from a desk worker behind a plastic screen who turns down a cardio patient over 15 min .
