Dr. Seaborn M. Hunt III is an excellent, experienced surgeon who listens to his patients' concerns and gives careful attention to detail. He uses precise procedures to restore the best possible vision to each individual patient. His manner of EXCELLENCE is reflected by his staff members who are also knowledgeable, courteous, and show consideration regarding financial matters. Both Dr. Hunt and his team engender confidence and calm in their patients during pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases of cataract surgery. I am very grateful for this caring, talented doctor and his wonderful staff, including both office and surgical. BIG THANKS TO YOU, DR. HUNT, for being the best!

Would recommend Dr. Hunt to anyone. My wife and myself see Dr. Hunt regularly . Recently my wife had Cataracts removed. She had a really good experience with the whole procedure. She had no pain with either eye and now her vision is good enough she can read with 1 (one) power reading glasses. If anyone would need his services I would recommend him 100 percent with no reserve.

In the past two weeks Dr,Hunt performed surgery on both my eyes,and I no longer need glasses for everyday use.I will only need reading glasses.I have had glasses for fulltime use for70years. It is great to be able to see without glasses. I sure wish they would have had this procedure back in the 1960,s when I went on the police department. Dr. Hunt recently removed my cateract showing that in my left eye the central eye vision was lost. Dr. Hunt immediately arranged for an MRI, retina, and Neurosergon review. It showed that I had a tumor under the optic nerve. Within a few weeks the tumor was removed. My eye sight is now perfect. Dr. Hunt may have even saved my life if this tumor had gone undetected.

Finished with the cataract surgery on both eyes, and Dr. Hunt is a great looking man, and the staff is exceptional. They are concerned and very professional. It is great to see everything clearly again.

I had cataract surgery and went from barely seeing without correction to 20/20 in both eyes ... with NO glasses ever! Awesome team, and the girls are just plain precious! I highly recommend him!

Was scared to have my cataracts removed and vision corrected as I'm an avid reader. The thought of anyone taking my favorite hobby away from me was frankly terrifying. As most of our fears are unfounded this was too. Starting with the staff who were very accommodating and ending with the two surgeries I couldn't be more pleased. With 72 year old eyes I didn't think my vision could be restored to the point where I literally need no glasses even to read. What a miracle! Am very grateful to the entire staff at the office and the surgery center but most especially to the Surgical Coordinator, Donna and of course Dr. Hunt himself who waved his magic wand as I requested and "Poof", the perfect eyesight was found!

First, let me say I was taken in at my appointment time. Everyone in this office was both kind and friendly. Dr. Hunt listened to my eye problems and read over all the examination results from the eye exams done by his staff. He is friendly but very professional and gets to the point quickly. I learned more information about my eye problems and what could be done than I have in the last five years from another Ophthalmologist. I couldn't have asked for better care.

Dr. Hunt is a great surgeon and doctor. He did my cataract surgery and astigmatism correction, plus put stints in my eyes to help control my glaucoma. The surgery center was amazing and the staff caring and efficient. He has great communication skills and describes what the surgery will be in total and answers all questions. I highly recommend him to anyone needing eye surgery or regular eye monitoring of diseases.

I am so happy with my "new" eyesight. Dr. Hunt surgery. The office is well run, you are in and out in a timely manner. The staff are all so kind. I was scared of what would happen to me and they all joined in to make me comfortable. The surgery went by quickly and I am very satisfied with my "new" eye sight. Dr Hunt has done cataract surgery on both of my eyes now. His office staff is very professional and friendly. The exams prior to the cataract surgery are thorough. All questions/concerns end up being answered either by the staff as tests are run or during a video shown when your eye/eyes are dilating. Dr Hunt does a thorough evaluation of your eye/eyes and listens closely to your concerns and will answer any remaining questions. He lets you know all of your options and works with you as you make your decision. I would highly recommend him to anybody considering cataract surgery. I no longer need to wear glasses (although others may or may not have the same result)!

DR Hunt, Donna and the entire team at The Villages office are exceptional. The many questions I had before and after surgery were answered in detail and put me at ease. The surgeries went well and the results are amazing. These are truly dedicated professionals and I am grateful to have been led to them.

After Dr Hunt’s cataract surgery, my 78 year old vision reverted back to the 20/20 vision of my younger life.

I found Dr. Hunt to be knowledgeable, straightforward, and personable. My experience certainly far different than a few previous disgruntled reviewers. I could hear him greeting people warmly when he entered the rooms before my visit, and I received the same. A staff member was even walking someone out and I heard the patient say "God bless you doctor." As for my exam and eye conditions, he has my confidence 100%.

His lack of delivery skills, combined with his overbearing demeanor make him intolerable. His diagnosis was not in line with my 2nd opinion and he became irate. I pity his wife and children.
