Dr. Serda Hawthorne and her staff are extremely professional. I had an excellent appointment and appreciated the time she spent with me. Se explains things very well along with being very kind. Her staff operates in the same manner.

Dr Serda Hawthorne and her MA Cassi are the best around, I have a very complex health history and future, It took me a long time to find someone who would follow my case and stay on top of things, I can contact her and get a quick response and evensame day appointments when needed, Those referrals that seem to take forever happen immediately and the cooperation with home health care is amazing... I am blessed to have found them.

When I need to be seen she makes time for. When I have prescription problems she works it out. She is easy to talk to and respects me as a person. She is a great Doctor and Irecomend her.

First time visit - great facility - so many things can be done onsite. Parking plenty - very easy to find. Check in promptly dealt with - which all too often can sometimes be long - not in this case. Nursing staff very friendly - Doctor very pleasant, easy to talk to. First assessment time was taken to ask about me & listen to me - very important. Some outside referrals needed - promptly arranged the next day. Great service ! Great first impression - would highly recommend. Would say yes first visit a lot of forms to be filled in / so you will want to be there atleast 20- 25 minutes beforehand . Thank you to all staff here.

I called 6 days ago requesting a new rx for increased dose of medication be called in to the pharmacy. 5 days later I called again and was told my rx was called in for the old dose. I explained again I needed the increased dose called in. The person took my message again and supposedly marked it "high priority". I took my last dose 2 days ago. I called the pharmacy the old dose was called in, I called again and spoke with someone else in the call center and was told my message had not been viewed yet at 10:45 a.m. I was told once again the message would be sent. I am still waiting for my rx. This is the 2nd incident I've experienced leaving a message and I'm usually having to call back or it takes a week for someone to return my call just to get clarification of my first message which means I have to wait again for a return call. I am frustrated. What's bad is I am a nurse myself and take pride in taking care of my patients, I would like to discuss my issues with someone that has a medical back ground and no I do not inform anyone that I'm a nurse. If the hospitals are turning to call centers for patients I feel that would be a mistake. I have decided to contact a MDVIP physician to establish with because I know they take the time with patients and I am able to speak with someone that can take care of my issue the same day.
