We have been using Dr. Kluppel for about 20 years and all of my children loved him. They were never afraid to go to the doctor. He talked to them and joked with them. I always felt like he had the time to answer all of my questions and never felt rushed. We love Regina too! I never had problems getting appointments. I do not like this new automated system for check in that he has. Over all the years I have taken my children to see him, that would probably be my main complaint and it is not really that bad just a little annoying. My youngest recently turned 18 and will have to find a new doctor. We will miss Dr. Kluppel! It is great to be able to stay with a doctor for as long as we have been able to with our children. I feel like he and Regina really knew them.

We will be returning! My daughter is only 3 but was very comfortable talking and telling them what was wrong. I loved the fact that he explained everything to her where she could understand what was going to happen. I suggest that anyone that have a small child that he is great.
