Wonderful smart Doctor that really cares..

I've been a patient of Dr Cole's for 6 years and I am 100% satisfied with the excellent care, concern and treatment received during that time. She is such a kind, caring individual who goes the extra mile for you.

Dr. Cole saved my Dad's life!! He became sick with cancer several years ago, he struggled through his chemo treatments and at one point it almost took his life. Dr. Cole was on top of it, switched his treatments and now he's alive and healthy because of her and her team of professionals. I could've easily lost my Dad several times but thanks to her, he's here!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cole! She has saved my life more than once and has helped me through every step of my cancer diagnosis and my reoccurence.

An outstanding doctor and office staff.

Very unprofessional staff. Initially I was surprise at the warm reception I received, but when I questioned any procedure, medicine or needed a better explanation of my treatment and illness, Dr. Cole became gave vague answers and seemed irritated that I even asked. Working with the billing department was also a nightmare as they talked in circles and had a very demanding attitude. There appears to be a big turn around of staff. They all look miserable and never smile. I recommend that you go to another doctor before attempting to go here.

Terrible doctor

She can be very rude. Do NOT ever ask her any questions that may contradict hers. NEVER ask for a 2nd opinion unless you want her to become nasty.

Dr. Cole and her team at Orion Cancer center are the most friendly and accommodating group of professionals I have met. They are very prompt and prepared each time I come for an appointment. I travel 2 hours from another state to be treated by her. Dr. Cole has excellent bedside manner and I am trusting her with my life. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at the office.

I was referred by my brother-in-law who is critical of a lot of people. He loves Dr. Cole and her staff. Best decision ever made. When they told me I needed chemo after my double mastectomy, I called and got referral from my Family Dr. faxed that day. Next day they called me to come in and started chemo next day after contacting my insurance company. Dr. Cole stays in contact with my Cleveland Clinic Doctors and very caring and prompt. With help from the staff I had a BRAC test and paid for my insurance company. I needed 4 of two different chemos every other week for 8 weeks that was "supposed to knock me on my butt" but NEVER was sick or weak. I continued to work even thru the next 12 weeks after the initial 8 weaks. I even would take my 2 grandkids ages 3 and 5 every 3 weeks for the long weekend. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Cole's office and staff.

The front office staff has one nice lady and one immature young girl. The rest of the staff in the office are rude and ignore you. If it wasn't for the nice lady - I would have left. She made me feel welcome and at ease. They also eat their lunch in front of you and still wait on you while eating. It was gross. I heard they have a large turn around in staff and now I see why - the good ones leave because no one wants to work with the rude ones. Come on Dr. Cole - hire competent people who smile and act like they care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF A CLINIC. THIS DOCTOR IS SO USED TO READING HER PRESS CLIPPINGS OF HOW GOOD SHE "USED" TO BE SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF HER CURRENT PATIENTS. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE OF MONEY WITH THIS (I WILL REFRAIN FROM USING THE PROPER TERM HERE). ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY AND LIVING IN PAIN AND FEAR FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. I WISH I COULD WRITE MORE BUT I'M TRYING TO CONTAIN MYSELF RIGHT NOW AND KEEP THIS FAMILY FRIENDLY.

My husband was diagnosed with Melanoma in 2004 - we were referred to Dr. Cole - who met us that very night and talked to us and explained everything to us (she spent nearly 2 hours with us). Very nice doctor who cares deeply about her patients and their families. She even goes beyond the normal as she calls you at home for checkups. Love her and won't go to anyone else. He is in remission now - thank GOD and Dr. Cole for getting on this quickly.

I had a great experience with Dr. Cole back in 2002 and 2004 when I was diagnosed with breast cancers. She was in Kenton, OH then. When she moved to Findlay as her home office the staff changed. I loved her Kenton staff. The new staff has not been nearly as amiable. In fact I have had several rude encounters with them. Her associate does not to seem to be as up on the patients and does not seem to be on top of things as she always has been. I still have confidence in her but not the rest of the office or the associate.

I would NOT recommend Dr Cole to my worst enemy.If you have a question, Dr Cole acts as if its an inconvienence to her. She does not spend alot of time with you going over things. She is very scatterbrained and herds you in and out like cattle. All she sees when patients come in are dollar signs and orders a bunch of un-necessary tests to help pad her pockets. She is belittling to her staff and therefore oftentimes her staff is rude to the patients in return.Upon checkout, the young lady working at the counter is often snotty and rude to people. She used to be the doc to see and her staff was wonderful. Over the last 6 months to a year, She has had a 100% turn-over in the office and it was not a good change! See another doc if you can...

Dr. Cole's office is poorly staffed with receptionists who are often rude and ignore patients who are trying to check-in. Once I waited 5 minutes while the receptionist was busy reading her lunch menu. When I needed critical blood products the staff didn't seem to think it was their responsibility to render prompt help, which resulted in me waiting for 7 hours at a local hospital for a transfusion - and having to go home and return the next day to get the transfusion. Also, Dr. Cole lost her temper with me and 'chewed me out' for needing transfusions more than once a week. NOT recommended.

Very unprofessional staff, we were waiting forever to see the Dr. and when we did we felt very rushed. And while waiting, we heard the staff arguing with another patient about an appt. that they supposedly left him a message about. He did not receive the message and they argued with him that they did send it. It took me 3 weeks to get an appt. with them and now I have been waiting for them to get my OncotypeDX test sent and it is 3 weeks now, still has not been sent. They have an excuse everytime I call. Always someone else fault. Don't waste your time with these people. If you can afford to travel away from Findlay, please do!!!!

She is spread too think by taking on too many patience. Has partner that does not speak fluent English. She is excellent the first time meeting with patient to get their business, then rarely sees them. The front office girls are rude and take their time waiting on the patient. The office is laid out where the patient has to be paraded thru the chemo/radiation area.

At first I loved Dr. Cole. Then I had to see her partner. I had issues with him and requested a meeting with Dr. Cole. She ignored my concerns. I refuse to be treated by someone I don't feel confident in. Dr. Cole has changed. It is not for the better. Do not waste your time seeing her only to be handed off to the other doctor.

I first saw Dr. C several yrs ago when she spoiled you with attn. Now she runs her own business, her patients while receiving her expertise are income to her. The time is is no longer unlimited, personal phone calls are no longer given and returned-you have to talk with people in between. (Do I need to explain what happens when things are repeated from one to another not directly?) I dislike having to see her partner, no choice you see whomever is available on any given day. Some appts are quick and easy, some are lengthy.
