was so glad to see that masks are optional. I had put off going to have my knee checked because of the silly requirement at so many places. The iPad form completion i excellent and all the personal I interfaces with were extremely courteous. Dr. Mountain has a pleasant manner about him and he wasn’t rushing the visit and took plenty of time to explain my problem and what needed to be done. I was given hope that my knee issues came be helped.

Dr. Mountain he’s very caring about my condition and he always explains fully about what is going on with me. He doesn’t try to rush my visit. The staff and Doctor are all wonderful!

Dr. Mountain did my husbands shoulder surgery. He was very kind & caring. He was very patient with my husband with his recovery & his physical therapy. I recently saw Dr. Mountain for a knee issue. He took the time to sit with me & explain my issue & worked out a plan for my healing & therapy. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job Dr. Mountain & your staff!!!

Even though this facility is considerably removed from my home, Dr. Mountain is well worth my visiting him. I very highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopaedic treatment.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Dr. Mountain took my pain seriously and set a plan into action - beginning with the least invasive. My health history is complicated and I appreciate him considering that. My first visit to an orthopedist was a great one!

He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand and laid out a plan of treatment that met my medical and work needs. Never did I feel like he was in a hurry to end the sessions and always had an answer for all my questions.

Dr. Mountain has been great in treating me after an auto accident. He takes time with you..and will come back to answer a question you thought of which means alot to me. He is a pleasent person to deal with.

Very comfortable and informative visit with Doctor Mountain. He explained my condition and what causes it as well as many different ways for me to help control some of my symptoms and pain.

Dr Mountain was amazing. He is kind and takes the time to go over everything with you. He really knows how to make you feel like the pain you are in ,there is a plan in place. The nurse was kinda upset with me cause I didn't want to go to the MRI that as she said "We have our own not far on Harding." I ask why couldn't use one here. She yes but its gonna take longer and you have to wait to get an appointment. I was so frustrated for a second. I really didnt mean to upset her, but I really didn't want to drive all the was to Harding in Nashville. Still Dr Mountain was so nice and kind.You will love him.

Dr Mountain and his staff lets you know that they care about you. They are professional in every area. They treat you like the person that you are not a number. I would recommend Dr. Mountain and his staff for treatment. Outstanding facility.

This is my first personal experience with ortho and I could not ask for more professional care. Dr. Mountain/nurse/office staff are the best all around. If you are looking for an orthopedic doctor, I highly recommend!!

He is very calm doctor who has a great “bed side manner”. He listens to you and asks the right questions to put you at ease. It was nice to meet a doctor like this.

He is taller than I anticipated. Very nice. Treated me with respect. Smart.
