Prompt, attentive staff. Dr. Palmer relieved my concerns regarding my knee bursitis.

I had my hip replaced about a year ago. I saw Dr Shawn Palmer once a couple of days after my surgery and was stunned when he said I looked good and that there was no need to come back. I saw no other provider in the clinic. I wonder if my recovery would have been different if I had seen more than once. I wonder if he just wanted to see more patients and I was not a priority. This was not what I would expect from this type of surgery or from a surgeon. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. While he was cordial and polite, I would not recommend for this reason.

Dr. Palmer did the joint replacement surgery on my right knee. He is a pleasure to deal with…knowledgeable about how the deterioration progresses leading up to the surgery and experienced with the problems involved with recovery.

Dr Palmer is a very special person who I’ve known for years. I would highly recommend him. So personable an thorough and takes his time with you.

After very informative meeting and a quick x-ray Dr. Palmer answered all of our questions thoroughly, and we decided to book for all appropriate upcoming surgery…. And we felt very comfortable with their decision. I scheduled for the next couple weeks and with Dr. Palmer’s assistant nurse, Lori could reached 24 hours a day, and she was available to answer any of out questions and put our minds at ease

My visit was great as always I went there due to I’m having problems walking. He gave me my options Cortizone shots or knee replacement I’m not crazy about either one but I am going to do a Cortizone shot to start with. I had a hip replacement with Dr Palmer in 2014 and let me tell you I was scared to death, but it all worked out. I was walking in no time and to this day I have no problems with it. All I can say is Dr Palmer is the best I wouldn’t go nowhere else.

Dr Palmer did a total knee replacement for me 7 years ago and I've been extremely happy with the results. In fact, when I told my Physical Therapist that I had Dr Palmer, she said "Oh he"s the best". So, when I needed my hip replaced, of course, I went back to Dr Palmer. He's personable, friendly, and straightforward, and he's an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Palmer.

I got a referral from my doctor because I was having right knee pain. Dr Palmer is very nice and cut to the point . He helped me understand what "I" need to do to stop the process of Arthritis . Decided to get cortisone shot and my knee feels little better already .

After 4weeks I can walk normal without pain I even took my motorcycle out last week

I have always heard that Dr. Palmer was "the best". After my consultation with Dr. Palmer for a knee replacement, I feel confident in proceeding with the surgery.

Dr. Palmer is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered any of my questions thoughtfully and educated me on different aspects of my surgery. Additionally, he went over risk factors to avoid to prevent any complications.

If your primary doctor has indicated that you require a full knee replacement then I highly recommend Dr. Palmer. He takes the time to explains the procedure in its entirety including timelines and what to expect…in layman’s terms that you’ll understand. He also listens to your needs while answering all your questions. And, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention his team, all of which are top notch. His PA, Donald, is extremely knowledgeable and his follow up skills are outstanding. Dr Palmer’s support staff including Angela, Lori, Susan and Sophie are all patient oriented as is Ryan, the physical therapist assigned to help me rehab from start to finish. Kudos to you all! Dr. Palmer was very helpful with evaluating my foot and ankle pain. He suggested a fitness Physical Therapy program for me to incorporate weight bearing exercises to help with arthritis and transition to my personal training program.

I was impressed with how completely my questions were answered and how thoroughly Dr. Palmer explained the surgery and what would happen after. Efficiency of X-rays and nurses was super. Highly recommend Dr.Palmer.
