The staff is very friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr Wilker for a year now and feel he does an awesome job with the injections and makes you feel very relaxed when you are dreading the injections in your eyes. I’ve had no problems after the injections or during. The doctor does answer questions when I have them. I highly recommend this dr and this office.

Dr. Wilker told me I have macular degeneration as though it was a cold. When asked a question he answered briefly with no additional information. I worked hard to obtain any information and not being familiar with this diagnosis I knew not what questions to ask. The medical notes had things in it that I wasn't told during the visit, such as 'gave the patient the Amsler grid with education'. I didn't even know what that grid was and didn't receive a packet. When I called questionning it I was told I coud pick up a packet on certain days, as they weren't in the Leesburg office every day. I felt little confidence in this doctor and the office.
