Dr. Shervondalonn R Brown, MD

I saw Dr. Brown for an injury to my wrist and hand. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, efficient and very detail oriented. Her explanations of my radiograph reports, my injuries, her efficiency at giving an injection (never felt a thing) and kindness are at a level I've never experienced before. Most doctors rush in and rush out leaving me to feel like I wasn't heard. Not Dr. Brown. She listened and answered every question thoroughly. I look forward to seeing her again.

Dr Brown is a very caring doctor. She take the time to full explain your problem and a treatment plan without rushing to get you out of the her treatment room. I have been to see her several times and she is the same each time.

I love the kind ,gentle ,attitude Dr Brown has. I appreciate her knowledge and conservative approach towards surgery. I’ve seen her twice about 2 different issues and she satisfied my mind with the fact that we would watch and see if it worsened. She’s top notch in my opinion.

Dr. Brown was very thorough and knowledgeable about my hand problem. Her treatment is working and my hand feels better already after one day!!!

Although receiving three texts with a 2 pm appointment time, when I got there I was told my appointment was at 1:20 and I was late but Dr Brown would work me in. After waiting almost three hours, I finally got to see the doctor and she was worth waiting for. Her demeanor and expertise set me at ease and she was exceptional at explaining things. I highly recommend her to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Dr Brown is intelligent and communicated well. She was knowledgeable and yet personable. Provided options. Will definitely choose her in the future if the need arise.

This is my second time to have Dr. Brown's treatment. First was a broken wrist. I felt she really listened and was extremely thorough. Plus she explained everything and answered every question. There was no question about who I wanted for my doctor when I recently found out that I had a torn rotator cuff. I not only like her a lot but trust her thoroughly.

Mrs.Brown took her time going over my MRI. Explain what’s my best options on getting relief. She was very friendly and did her job well. I would highly recommend her to others that’s going through the same thing i’m going through. She knows her job. Very sweet lady.

Warm, friendly, and she really listened to me

Sometimes, you get to choose your Doctor/Surgeon. And sometimes an ACCIDENT will choose your Doctor/Surgeon for you! I am Extremely Thankful that my accident chose Dr. Brown via the Saint Thomas Rutherford Emergency Room. Dr. Brown analyzed the MRI, selected the best course of action for Me, and we proceeded forward with the operation. It went extremely smoothly. Dr. Brown was very, very professional, efficient and inspired confidence in me. In the next two weeks, the Doctor and her staff answered all my questions, putting me at ease and helping me to move forward, back to my life. The follow up exam was the same. I am extremely grateful for their care in this difficult time. The best of Doctors/Surgeons will make you feel like YOU are their Only Patient. Dr. Brown did just that, as I am sure she made all the patients before me, and will do the same for All future patients.

Very pleased to be able to write this review. Dr. Brown was amazing! Knowledgeable. Kind. Her positivity comes right in the patient room with her! She could have told me that my finger would have to come off and because of her great energy, I would have replied great Dr. , let’s get this finger off! Lol ( think I just had a broke nail essentially ) lol so you feel where I’m coming from? See?! She made my concern a big deal and the way she handles you is very professional. Thank you Dr. Brown. The whole staff was good and very efficient! The whole process ran very smooth from sign in to check out! Oh the lady who checks you out is VERY funny. Honestly I’m very pleased with how everything went and I’m happy to be able to write this about an experience.
