Dr. Sohail Naeem Shaikh, MD

Dr. Shaikh is a terrible doctor. He is arrogent, he is rude, he lacks compassion. He aborted my colonoscopy because he didn't bother reading the notes from my previous colonoscopy. He is incompetent! Stay away from this doctor!

The least professional, corrupt secretary made us lose our appointment and our time. They made us wait an hour to get the appointment and then they say “NO WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU THE APPOINTMENT LEAVE.” I would personally never come here for my existence, and I would never recommend anyone to come here either. If you come you will probably have a really bad time as the employees are rude and so is the doctor. Spare yourself patience if you do come.

I went there with my teenage son for acid reflux symptoms. Dr. was rushed, asked a couple questions, said what he thought it could possibly be and immediately wanted to do an endoscopy and was more interested in the dates to schedule it than anything g else. As a parent of a teenager, or any patient for that matter, we expect to have our questions answered and educate the patient!! When I asked how nutrition affects it and what should the teenager be eating and not eating, his quick response was “I’ll give you a list of things for you to follow”. I’ve done my research, however, he’ the dr and we needed him to explain to my son and go over what he should be eating and HOW nutrition can affect his symptoms, etc. he again said “you’ll read over the list. We could very well have googled the information and saved ourselves a trip and co pay. However, he was very thorough in explaining the 2 prescriptions he needs to take, how often, what they’re for and even the side effects. Of course, he’s more interested in medicating and explaining all the benefits as well as scheduling a procedure ASAP. How about educating the patient and clearly answer the questions asked.
