When my previous physician retired I found Dr. Phillips through the MDVIP website. Dr. Phillips is wonderful - knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to talk with, takes time to explain thoroughly what he finds through a very comprehensive physical. When I've had tests taken at the Lancaster Health Campus, Dr. Phillips (not his nurse) himself calls me with test results. He is available to all his patients on a 24/7 basis. I am delighted to be under the care of Dr. Phillips.
