Dr. Stephanie D Carter, MD

Very frustrated. Second time I've had to reschedule an appointment because she is no longer available. I can't find appointments on the office's website. When I call, I'm on hold listening to a really irritating recording forever. If I indicate I want the office to call me back instead of me waiting on hold, I don't get a call back. I'm really fed up.

I have been seeing Dr Carter for a number of years and continue to appreciate her compassionate and competent care.

I love this doctor if I weren't married, I would marry her myself. Shes a real sweetheart.

Every appointment takes over an hour before I'm even sent to the examination room, she's rude and she prescribes meds you can't afford when there are alternatives.

She was personal, thorough and listened. Then she offered her advise in a kind and gentle manner. But, she was very clear with her instruction.

I had low Vitamin D and was given a 12-week RX which cost $2.67, but was told to take an over the counter which cost $10-12 a month. I am on Medicare and do not understand why I could not continue on with the lower-price, and easier to take, RX. By the way, the deficiency was caught by another doctor.
