Dr. Stephanie Lea Frame, DO

Dr Frame is a wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients and she's good at her job. I am so comfortable with her and i could discuss any issue with her that i am having.

She is a cruel woman. First she made me cry by strait up calling me fat and accusing me of not trying to losing weight when I really have tried very hard and failed. Then when I started crying she laughed at me. She laughed me right in my face. I will never go back to her and I don't think anyone should. She didn't seem very knowledgable in any medications I mentioned or conditions I brought up. (My father is a doctor) Also she was rude. When I mentioned that I didn't feel her saying I was fat just so blatantly and accusing me of not trying to loses weight she screamed at me that I was attacking her and that she I had a lot of thinking to do before I would be allowed to come back to her office. I'm not sure if there is something deeper going on with her but people who genuinely need help with a problem stay away.

She is an excellent, caring Dr. WE just love her...

I travel with my husband and just so happened to find her at a urgent care facility...after finding a primary care DR and him leaving his practice for the hospital.... i was referred to another Dr...she was nice but not what i needed...So i went back to Dr. Frame and she is now my primary care physician while we are in West Virginia... SHE cares, she listens, she understands me just like my Dr i've had for almost 20 years at home...Thank God i found this little Facility...they are all very good...i also like Dr. Garner She is amazing as well...Thanks Guys for taking good care of me at my home away from home..
