told me that she doesnt do the IUD. PUSHES HER RELIGIOUS BELIEFS ON OTHER. If I want the IUD and she was my Dr. then she should be able to provide the service for me. refused to give me birth control and told me if i ever had another child not to go with her

This women should not be someone who works with people. She is very racist against white people. She is very opinionated and does not listen to her patients. We know our own body and the physician should take the time to listen and value our input about our bodies. She demands respect but does not respect others. She is rude and I will never step foot in her office.

Dr. Smith-Sham is an outstanding doctor who puts her patients first. She makes sure that you have the right connection to live a healthy life. I have been with Dr. Smith-Sham for about two years and I am still highly satisfied with her caring service. I recently had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Smith-Sham and from beginning to end she made sure that I was mentally and physically stabled. I have recovered very well since the surgery and I am thankful for Dr. Smith-Sham and her team.

Excellent gynecologist

Office screwed me up they charged me for 2 times visit and When I went back in they asked me foR the full payment would not apply my balance I had paid the for towards my first 2 visit Office management is really good at screwing people specially with self pay so beware

I am glad to leave a feedback because I want to tell about the excellent care I received. Doctor Smith-Sham is amazing; she was so attentive to all of my needs. I am extremely impressed with the level of her professionalism, care I received and the kindness. I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Smith-Sham office. Visiting many doctors during last 15 years I can be a hard critic of gynecology care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when Iâ??m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Doctor Smith - Sham office and then 2 next visits) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. The Doctor Stephanie Smith-Sham made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left office despite my painful status that time. It is important to believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and wonâ??t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I need to see my gynecologist. Also, I appreciated very much her follow-up and willingness to answer any questions, to explain details in a warm, friendly manner. I was treated very well and would highly recommend this doctor to family & friends, a doctor who genuinely cares about your well-being, pay attention to details and keep investigating. This is the absolute best doctor ever. She's super sweet. Does not beat around the bush. If you have a problem, she finds a solution and get it solved promptly. She delivered my son in 2012 and I plan on her delivering any other children I have.

Was a great experience!

Initially she was a great provider, helped me with an issue then during my pregnancy it seemed to go downhill. I felt confused by her diagnosis, was referred to a specialist but she did not follow up with me and I did not know I was supposed to see her. The office is a real mess, you never know what is going on and they do not follow up- took them 3 weeks to tell me I should come in for a high white blood cell count because the staff reports that she was on vacation for a week. Then when I attempted to switch providers, it was very diifcult to get my medical records and they would not help with specialist referral. I say save your time and energy, go somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith-Sham since I moved to the Houston area and for my last two pregnancies. Dr. Smith-Sham is a wonderful doctor. She always explains procedures and possible treatments. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Her office staff are great as well. I love her location in the building connected to the hospital. Her wait time has also been reduced substantially since I first visited her.

I felt very comfortable as soon as Dr Stephanie stepped into the room with a warm, welcoming smile and caring manners. She thoroughly went through my past health history and explained everything clearly and concisely. Love her

Very caring Doctor.

Whoever says this doctor is out for money is delusional. This doctor is amazing! The staff members aren't always the nicest, but I'm not there to see them; I can deal with their mannerisms. Dr. Smith-Sham is very caring, patient, attentive, detail oriented, and she takes the time to answer your questions. Waits are sometimes longer because she has a lot of patients and tries to spend more than five minutes with each. Most of the time however, it is because she has been called to the hospital for an emergency delivery. If you aren't having an emergency, try a little patience. If I could rate "Follows Up After Visit" a 15 star, I would. Even when my complicated pregnancy became dire and she handed me off permanently to a specialist, she called me at the hospital to check on me EVERY WEEK that I was there! She never forgot me. That is the sign of doctor who truly cares and has a level of bedside manner all doctors should aspire to reach. She became my OB/GYN when I finally got pregnant but the one I was seeing quit practicing OB. She has been my doctor ever since and when I'm finished building my family, I will likely stay with her.

Dr Sham is extra caring and friendly. She is so detailed with my care. I don't mind the wait to see her.

I really like Dr. Sham, but wait times are long and staff not very helpful. if you have questions about bills, you will get a lecture instead of a helpful answer. The staff is not friendly. I guess they figure that as long as you like the dr., that's all that matters.

Dr. Sham is a very caring Dr., but unfortunately the staff has no idea whats going on. The ladies in the office are very nice, but can't seem to figure out whos supposed to be doing what. They need a good office manager!

I felt very comfortable and safe with Dr. Smith Sham. She went out of her way to explain and refer me to get the best care. The wait time was a long but it is well worth it. The doctor is caring and patient.
