Quality, kind care!

Dr. Castle is a fantastic doctor. I was initially impressed with his exceptional bedside manner, but beyond that, he is a very knowledgeable physician who truly cares for his patients. He is very thorough, and takes time to fully understand your problems. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Overall I was very impressed with his care, and highly recommend him!

As a physician myself, I appreciate Dr. Castle’s great bedside manner and extensive knowledge and experience. He has an extremely efficient medical practice. I recommend him to all my friends and patients.

Dr Castle is an excellent Dermatologist. I had seen multiple doctors and then saw Dr Castle. He diagnosed my problem immediately and gave me some great treatment options. Great experience. Would highly recommend his clinic!

Dr. Castle and his staff helped my son and myself with our dermatology issues. He is an expert in his field and got to the root of our problems. We highly recommend Dr. Castle! My daughter is seeing him next!

People making negative comments about this doctor, in my opinion, must not have read the directions to his office. My wife and myself have been patients of Dr. Castle for about 10 years. Admittedly, there have been wait times beyond our appointment schedule, but never more than an hour., and that was at a time a family member of Dr.Castle was undergoing an illness. My thoughts on this is that would you rather be rushed out the door for maintenance of a schedule, or be given the time necessary to diagnose and treat a problem? My wife developed a malignant tumor while we were on vacation. Subsequently, we drove one thousand miles to consult with Dr. Castle, who immediately excised the tumor. Over our 10 years of treatment by Dr. Castle, wife has had three similar excisions, and has been monitored by Dr. Castle's office staff every six months. I find it very difficult to accept any insensitivity on the part of Dr. Castle, as he is as personable as any doctor I have ever met, an an asset to Greeley.

Dr Castle is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Castle was courteous, friendly, efficient, and willing to answer all of my questions. The reception area was VERY clean and the receptionist was friendly.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Castle. The wait was in fact kind of long like the others say, I think I waited for about an hour. However, everyone working acted very professional and were generous enough to help me keep my one year old daughter entertained while I was getting a couple moles removed. Don't let the negative reviews make your decision for you! I would go when you have enough free time incase it does take a bit to get in though.

If you value your time at all, do NOT go here. You will wait no less than 50 minutes! The office is poorly managed with VERY rude staff, telling me on numerous occasions that billing insurance was a courtesy ONLY!

I want to be brutally honest and fair with this review. I would have to say that Dr Castle was great. His office manager and staff made the experience something I will NEVER EVER do again. Working with them on our insurance after they REFUSED to bill our secondary insurance even after further investigation showed they were required to by the insurance company. Now not only have we paid out of pocket (over $600), the insurance has paid them. After repeated calls and a visit to their offices they continue to shrug me off in returning my money. My next visit to their office will be with a lawyer. You have been warned. DO NOT use their services!!!

If you have a lot of time to waste Then schedule an appointment do not expect professionalism when you arrive or meet the staff. I did feel sorry for the little gal upfront scheduling it was out of her hands

Great Doctor but the wait time for every visit is a minimum of 1.5 hours, which is ridiculous!

This was an absolute nightmare on all accounts. Front office staff very rude, sour and don't have a clue what they are doing. Horrible customer service. You will never get your questions answered and no one will ever call you back. Pass the buck is the game the play.

We waited an hour and 10 minutes to see him it was rediculous our appt. was @ 9:30 in fort morgan, co and he left greeley, co @9!!!

My first appointment w Dr Castle was for a small rash. I waited forever for an appointment and waited over 45 mins once I got in the office. The Dr spent about 4 minutes with me and gave me same samples to cure the rash. The samples worked great! But I once I ran out I called in to see if they could get me more or write me a perscription. I called on a Monday and they told me they would call me back the next day. I never heard back so I was forced to make another appointment with a better Doctor and get the perscription filled. 10 days later Dr. Castles office finally called back. They told me they were busy and were not at all sorry that it took them well over a full week to call back. In a day an age when we pay soooo much for health care, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And some advice to Dr. Castle. Start showing some appreciation for your patients and have your staff do the same.
