The worst Dr I've ever been to.

I was Dr Gross first patient in 96-97 while i was involved in a vehicle accident my senior year in high school and 27 years later he has come through for me once again. There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate Dr Gross or words in a dictionary to explain the care, compassion and treatment he has given me along with his staff. If I had describe his staff in one word it would be.. "IMPECCABLE" from the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out no matter what news your about to expect. 27 years later he is still ONE OF THE BEST Orthopedic Dr's in Rhode Island by far. THANK YOU AGAIN !

Dr Gross is a great surgeon. He did my carpel tunnel surgery on both hands. I see him for injections in my shoulder where I have arthritis. If you need an orthopedic doctor se Dr. Gross. You won’t be sorry.

Dr. Gross is a caring professional with decades of experience. I like his friendly manner, and all the staff are extremely polite and nice. I had a total hip replacement and all my questions and concerns were addressed in advance, even before I voiced them. That is because this practice is very thorough in informing their patients regarding what to expect. You get a one-hour training with a binder to keep. All very organized.

Went to Dr. Gross to check pain in left shoulder. Since I had lost upward motion in my right arm after rotator cuff surgery several years ago, I wanted to check and see if I might have a problem with the rotator cuff in left arm. I had x-rays, I waited while, I assumed, he was reading x-ray results. He came back in room; said I did not have to worry about losing upward motion because of my rotator cuff; he gave me a cortisone injection, said he would do so every four months, etc. He never mentioned the x-ray results (had nothing to do with the rotator cuff at all); of course, the cortisone injection did not work, so I sent him a message on "my chart", and I finally asked for a copy of x-ray results which stated "spurring of acromioclavicular joint and AC joint arthropathy". He evidently never read the x-ray results before giving me the cortisone injection for rotator cuff pain!!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with a bad hip. He clearly explained the procedure and showed me an example of the hip I would receive. He made feel comfortable, he was compassionate and had very good follow up. I would recommend him any day.

I would never recommend this Dr. Had to have another hip surgery (by a specialist) to correct the one he originally did, to fix his problem. The hip this Dr. replaced was supposed to last 15+ years, didn't even make 6 years.
