Tommy will be missed but they fit us in with Dr McKenzie, really liked him, never felt rushed and found him to be personal, asked a lot of questions, he made us feel very comfortable

-easy to talk with -doesn't talk down -he remembers my medical stuff we've looked at before -reminds me of things I forgot to do -cares

Dr Mac is the reason I've come back to Burney for my healthcare, never rushed, love his concern and love for his patients

we saw him three times now, excellent bedside manner, good listener and he makes you feel at ease and comfortable

I've seen every doctor in Fall River, Burney and have been going to Redding, not any longer, I'm very happy, personable, professional, never rushed, knowledgeable and a nice sense of humor, Thankyou Dr MacKenzie

just moved up from Bay area (bought a house) with my wife, we heard about this doctor after trying two others since we moved, now were happy, even my wife said how happy she is about him, even though he asked lots of question, he listened to each answer, he reminded both us of sum followup result that are due, I liked that he asked first what we wanted to talk over (neither of us have ever seen that), he's interested in us, he called my wife already about her tests (I haven't done yet), we both really like him

My nana asked I write some stuff about her doctor She thinks he's great She says he listens to her She told me to say he explains things well She likes that he holds her hand and cried with her (I saw him do that, he also gave my nana some money when she said she couldn't afford the antibiotic he wanted her to start right away

When I heard Dr McKenzie had left I cried then I found out that the hospital had swooped in and asked him to work with them I rejoiced. I've never had a doctor that loved his patients, that listened to his patients that reminds us of tests that are due but most importantly, all wrapped up in a really neat guy

He was abrasive, rude, and cursed at me because he could not find my vehicle although I gave a clear description of it. He did not make me feel welcome or even respected; in fact, he made a stressful situation worse.

We see so many doctors (more often their not doctors but Nurses or Doctors Assistants) but here's a doctor we are so lucky has moved and is taking care of us seniors. He gives me time, listens and always asks the questions I want to ask, and always answers them, unheard of in this time of rushed in and out health care. He's a farm boy that we are all so lucky went to medical school, he still has that farm boy charm, but boy is he smart and so through and so organized and reminds me to do test that nobody ever has here. He saved my life and He's wonderful and they better keep him,

Only cares about pretty people

The staff are rude, incompetent, and moronic.He only cares about his favorite patients. Won't waste His time on you if you don't have money or own a business He could benefit from. My wife was in the hospital dying, and He couldn't find the time to see Her. Whenever I would try to call to inquire about Her, He was too busy moping around from His personal life. He is known to speak about His patients with people other than His medical staff.

I'm struggling with PTSD, Dr. McKenzie tells me to come to him if I need anything . He puts me on multiple prescriptions and I'm hurting worse now than before. My psychologist tells me I need to go see him Ann's get things sorted out. I tried to get a follow up appt. Today To discuss the horrible scary side effects. His office says He can't see me for a month, its flu season with more important cases. OFFICE MANAGER CHRISTY tells me I need Physciatric help before seeing my Dr. .. this coming The thing is, I don't want the medicine he put me on. It's knocking me out, and at the same time make my heart race. I want to wean off it. She says the E.R. is a great place for Physichatric help as She raises her voice, talking to me like a 2 year old, ( hopefully the waiting room heard.) I couldn't help but laugh at how absolutely bat crazy she went. The level of professionalism is that of a jealous high school group of girls. She actually hung up on me after telling me to go somewhere else. I'm So absolutely disappointed. Because PTSD isn't enough!

Greedy and unprofessional. He regularly overbooks and focuses his time and attention only on his regular patients. The normal wait time with an appointment is over an hour just to get in a room! At over 5 months pregnant and sick, I said I wasn’t feeling well enough to sit in the waiting area that long and so went to urgent care. I got a rude angry call the next morning from the doctors assistant inquiring as to what the problem with me being seen was. When I explained their overbooking problem and suggested they address it if they are truly concerned with patient care she cut me off, said she didn’t want to her about it and said that the doctor wouldn’t see me ever again.

Hhe combines an excellent knowledge of medicine with compassion, caring and actual love. He tells his patients, "he's just a farm boy who got lucky and went to medical school", but he's handsome, well dressed but in no way does he put on any arrogant ways and is so easy to talk to

The problem is not the Doctor, its with the staff. He is an excellent doctor, but his staff are incompetent.

Very much like visiting your old fashioned family doctor. I never feel rushed or unheard and his MA always returns my calls promptly

I was in between Health Insurance but that didn't matter to him, he treated me very professionally and spent a lot of time reviewing thins He's a great Doctor.

Dr McKenzie is a compassionate, caring individual. I'm blessed to have found him. The staff are friendly and professional.
