Dr. Scarengella is a dr. That cares about his patients he took a lot of time to explain about the surgery he did for me I have arthritis and my shoulder never bothered me until an iron ice scrapper and a bunch of boxes of roof rakes fell on me this aggravated my shoulder I had a total reverse shoulder surgery which I am grateful that I found Dr.scarengella he did a great job I recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic doctor you will be in good hands

This Dr. Did surgery on my shoulder and now I am very worse. But instead of trying to fix my shoulder and now arm from the same surgery. The Dr. And the whole practice rudely dismissed me and my severe pain. Canceling a follow-up MRI! He doesn't want to know what went wrong! Leaving me with painful nerve impingement in my arm! Get a Doctor who will follow through after the surgery. I am very unhappy!
