I was assigned to Dr. Steven Gross via the ER when I fractured my ankle. I had never broken a bone and this was a new experience for me. Dr. Gross was very professional throughout my ordeal and answered my questions during my hospitalization and my post op visits. He always took his time and was very thorough. His staff is friendly and accomodating.

Dr Gross and all his staff are all very good and also very caring which is the combination that makes for great care. Anyone needing any kind of ortho care should see anyone from this group they are all good . I’ve known and have used this group since before dr Steven gross was born and his expertise just adds to the whole practice.

I was lucky enough to be assigned to Dr. Steven Gross in the emergency room at Condell for a broken ankle. My surgery went well and Dr. Gross was happy to answer any questions I had before and after surgery. I called his practice about 2 days after surgery for a question and he called me back very promptly and spent a good amount of time with me which I didn't expect.

As a parent, you always want your child to receive the best care possible, especially following a rather severe ankle injury. From the initial consult, through two surgeries, and numerous follow-up visits, I always felt assured that my child was getting the best treatment attainable from a knowledgeable, thorough, and caring professional. Dr. Steven Gross is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon, and he is without a doubt, the best. After suffering a broken ankle which required an external fixator and two surgeries, my ankle has healed perfectly and am able to continue leading my active lifestyle with absolutely no setbacks.
