Dr. Falowski was very approachable and informative regarding my medical concerns.

Doctor Falowski gave my dad his ability to safely walk again. Dad got a Medtronic spinal cord stimulator. He is finally pain free. He suffered with back pain for years with ineffective treatments. Doctor Falowski is kind, caring, patient and thorough. He explains things in an easy to understand manner.

I spent a year and a half with level seven pain from a failed lumbar surgery. Dr. Falowski (as well as the rest of his team) did a superb job in every way. My spinal cord stimulator has given me a new lease on life--no opioids and far less pain. He is always polite, caring, and interested. Can't say enough good things about the practice.

I had an appointment for a follow up. The doctor was very polite and professional. He was right on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor!

H came highly recommended by the physician that I had used from the pain management practice that I previously worked with as well as the implant manufacturer. Dr Falowski specializes in spinal implant procedures that I need to have done at this time. He spent the time with me to explain what he would be doing, and he made me comfortable with him. In addition, he showed a good understanding of his abilities, I also enjoyed his sense of humor.

I’ve always been very active and 5 years ago I started to suffer from sciatic pain and numbness in my legs and lower back. I couldn’t walk anymore without extreme pain. Spinal injections stopped being effective. I was fortunate to find Dr.Falowski. He presented my surgical options for relieving the pressure on my nerves caused by my Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and SI Joint issues. I didn’t want the traditional spinal fusions that involved hospitalization and long recovery periods. Dr. Falowski said I was a good candidate for a Minimally Invasive Surgical solution for spinal implant device that would relieve my pain. The 30 minute outpatient procedure went smoothly, I had 2 days of post surgery “discomfort” and soon was walking around the block. It took a while for my damaged nerves to heal, but I was able to walk and shop like before. All I can say is that it worked. I’m no longer in pain. I thank Dr.Falowski knowledge and surgical skill for giving me my life back.

My father had two stimulators implanted by this physician. He received kickbacks from the stimulator companies, and my father received terrible care. He ended up with an infection and no relief from his back pain. Please research him before making an appointment.

I went through pre-screening for DBS only to find out that he is not set up to do this procedure. He has not returned my inquires. Beware!

Did deep brain surgery on me twice. Highly recommend him. Great personality. Includes you in decision making.

I trusted this man with my last and final stimulator. Sadly he got kickbacks from st Jude and made him greedy and abandon his ethics. His ego is detrimental to the well being of his patients. Thanks to him and his failed stimulator and with holding of information I’m now debilitated. I trusted this man. Shame on you and shame on st lukes. His pa will just tell you what she is scripted to say. He may be world renowned but that doesn’t make him s guys surgeoun. Everyone turned their head because of money. Shame on you dr Falowski. Dr Falowski is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He has a very calming personality. He did both of my DBS implants. I traveled about 40 miles to have him do my surgeries because of his skills and the way he treats his patients. He takes his time and makes sure you know what to expect. I highly recommend him.

Great doctor. Attentive to my conditions and showed exemplary compassion. Was able to clearly explain the causes of my symptoms so I could easily understand the condition.

I feel like a new man. After 20 + yrs of tremors, then have none is amazing. I have to learn how to write again and I use a regular cup for coffee instead of a travel mug. No more two hands on a glass!!!
