I went to Dr.Lee initially as a second opinion and I am so glad I did! I knew there was something wrong but was told by my primary orthopedist that I was fine and after seeing Dr.Lee I am on the road to fixing all the issues I am having .. I recommend him to everybody I know

I waited over 25minutes to see the doctor, but once he saw me he was professional explained my condition and wery easy to talk to or ask questions.

My visit with Dr. Lee on Monday, 3/11 was seamless from the moment I arrived. The staff at the front desk are personable and gracious. Wait time was short. Important stuff - pre-surgery visit, surgery, recovery, aftercare, follow-through - was all excellent. Dr. Lee is definitely the man for potentially complex hand surgery. Still can’t believe that fileting the palm of my hand like a fish never caused a twinge of discomfort or pain. Communication from the office about the timing and logistics of PT could have been more efficient, especially for an upstate patient. I should have started the process of researching and making those appointments much earlier, since the whole system is so NYC-centric. I would suggest that the office provide at the beginning a timeline of what happens when, where, and in what order. I still don’t know whether plannned travel is going to interfere with PT.

Dr Lee is a great Doctor. He's friendly, smart and helpful. He took the time to evaluate my hand and ankle injuries. His staff was very supportive. I feel very confident as I head into hand surgery tomorrow with Dr Lee.

Dr. Lee remains wonderful, smart, caring, all you would like in a doctor who does surgery on you. I am concerned about the influx of emails from your office. They all have Do not reply and so I go fishing for a ways to write to you and found this venue. I do not want or have a patients portal for many reasons that best for me not to write about. If I weren't sophisticated in my health concerns I would not be writing this. First, I get my diagnosis by asking. I had to be very clear that "you are all right" is not a diagnosis when the receptionist tried to invalidate my request. The receptionist's non verbal behavior was atrocious for a good part of the dealings with her. She had a moment of consciousness that I was not there to take her away from her work by asking for a diagnosis. I have been a patient with Dr. Lee for years on and off and I put up with the receptionist staff's lack of sensitivity for vulnerable patients. I also think that the allotment time for patients need to be reconsidered in order for Dr's to have a clinical overview of their patients and it makes sense for depth patient care for the time spent with the doctor be as needed rather than having to fulfill a time slot. I understand you are a corporation with boundaries. If Dr. Lee weren't part of your practice I would leave. Dr. Eileen J. Ain

Dr. Lee performed my hand surgery and his follow-up that same night assured me that I was in good hands not just during the surgery, but in the aftercare. Through these first 6 weeks on the healing road he has been informative in an approachable way and his kindness and caring manner combined with a gentle sense of humor puts me at ease.

Amazing! I first saw Dr Lee in 2018! He solved an issue I had with my thumbs as I have a tendency to read books of 900 Pages, so they were bending outwards and painful . He created an apparatus that I wore for a time, and the problem was cured. I now returned with other issues of pain in joints. He gave me insight into the reasons, and wonderful advice to help limiting increase to aggravating the situation. I left very pleased accepting my situation with aging and being given tools to deal with them. He has a wonderful presence in listening to specific questions and answering them precisely. Very professional .
