Dr. Steven Mc Clane Kyser, MD

First time at the VA Hospotal VA ER. Everyone was nice with the exception of one person......the doctor. Dr. Steve Kyser needs to learn to introduce himself to the patient first thing f all, then he would benefit from some training on how to listen to the patient and explain things once a diagnosis has been made. We will go back to the VA ER, but will request another provider if he is there.

I met Dr. Kyser in the ER Department of the McClellan V.A. Hospital in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Kyser did not perform a routine physical, he asked no questions about the reason for my visit, he was rude, brusque and unprofessional. Apparently, I interrupted him while he ate a sandwich at his desk. He provided no feedback from x-rays. He prescribed the same medication that I told him I had taken before and found it to be ineffective. This physician should be doing research rather than working with patients.
