Dr. Kaufman and his staff (Heather and Jay) were amazing. Their attention to the details left me assured that all aspects of my procedures were taken into consideration and my care was top notch. Dr. Kaufman expertise and knowledge along with his reputation and experience leave me with a solid 5 star rating. A Prime experience.

I underwent a "vein stripping" about 20 years ago and in May, 2020 I needed more work done. I was so amazed at how easy this one was compared to what I had done 20 years ago. I had two procedures done and both were done with minimal pain. Recovery was so easy and I was back to my normal routine the next day. Dr. Kaufman treats you as if you're his only patient and he is so very kind and gentle. The nurses there are just the same. I was amazed at how quickly I felt like all these people were family who had my best interests at heart. Please don't waste another day with vein and leg problems! It is so very worth it, so easy and you will be SO well taken care of!

Dr Kaufman treated me for deep vein thrombosis, explained the treatment well, followed ups to be sure all went well. I found him to be an excellent doctor and his staff is also excellent as well. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Kaufman treated me for lower leg pain and swelling. He performed the ClosureFast procedure which was very successful. Within two weeks I no longer had pain.

I still cannot believe the relief I feel everyday since my procedures! I have had a few on my thighs, knees, shins, calves, and even feet. Now I am able to wear shoes that used to be painful. Dr. Kaufman explained several different approaches he could use to resolve my issues quickly to allow me to return to my very active life style (cross training, tournament racquetball, squash and cycling). He was very thorough in explaining all my options in a manner that was understandable using illustrations and other materials. I was able to return to my active life style within days of Dr. Kaufman’s treatments with no discomfort or issues. My results aligned with everything Dr. Kaufman had told me during my initial diagnosis review. Dr. Kaufman and his entire staff know their field. They also have access to other medical professionals as needed if your situation warrants other experts. Dr. Kaufman has a great bedside manner and is truly concerned about your health and wellbeing. The office staff is always professional, friendly and awesome in helping me navigate the insurance maze for the treatments that are covered by my health insurance. The surgical staff and ultra sound staff are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and always take time to address my concerns and questions. I now schedule regular visits with the Total Vein Care clinic to continue monitoring and treating vein issues as they surface. The team at Total Vein Care is awesome and I am thankful I discovered them 3 years ago.

I have had three procedures to date and all have gone so well. It was virtually painless other than the one or two pokes for the numbing solution. My legs feel great and I look forward to taking care of the cosmetic issues in the near future. The staff is just amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After 30 years of bedside nursing, I had painful varicose veins. I was referred to Dr. Kaufman for evaluation and treatment. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he was and also very pleasant. He eased my fears about how the procedure was done and believe me, I was nervous. His office staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly and never became irritated with my phone calls. I had the procedures done on my left leg and I am very pleased with the results. No more pain and no more ugly veins. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman and his staff for your vein care. It is so nice to have a doctor who is knowledgeable and courteous both.

I would not choose Kaufman again. My right leg had a huge painful vein that was originally (supposedly) removed via his vein removal procedure. Afterwards throughout the healing process my leg didn't feel much different. A couple years later I called complaining that I still had the same vein in the same place. He said that one must have been hidden behind the other. He scoffs when told that his vein removal procedure isn't the most pleasant saying everyone else says they don't feel a thing -I do. His mannerism was very negative. 1st cue. Regardless, I gave him the 2nd chance, only this time he injected something to dissolve the vein versus remove it. I asked why he didn't do this for every one, and he said "I have my reasons." That was my 2nd major cue. That vein swelled up keeping me up night after night. I saw him again asking how long this was going to go on, and he said it could be up to a year. Again, no empathy for my pain being nonchalant about the whole thing. It took months for my leg to calm down, and I'm left with a dark line where the vein was plus a larger dark blotch. It's been 2 years now. There has to be a better way and Kaufman is not the answer.

I am very happy with the care I received at Total Vein Care. Dr. Kaufman and his staff did a great job for me! The results are nothing short of remarkable. My legs have never looked or felt better. The level of expertise and care you will get here is simply the best.

The procedure is a painless one and offers great relief from bad veins. I did not realize mt legs were heavy before, because I had went so long. Now I notice a great relief from the heaviness and also no swelling in my feet. The total staff at the office are amazing people and very accommodating. They make you feel like a person and not just a number. My legs feel wonderful, my shoes are loose, and my only regret is not getting it done sooner. It improves your sleeping and give you a new lease on life. Dont deal with it DO something to help you.

After more than 15 years of pain, swelling, discoloration and discomfort, I was referred to Dr. Kaufman. Following the inital eam, surgery was recommedned. The surgery was painless and almost immediatley I noticed improvement in most areas. I am walking better and further tha I have in years. Prior to this surgery, I took some form of pain medication daily. I have not once used pain medication since the surgery. When asked, "How are you?" my respose is "wonderful."
