Dr. Steven Stowers, MD

I made an appt for my mother with dr stowers after being told dr Simpson didn’t take Medicare. Fast forward 10 days later, they call her 3 hours before her appt to say Stowers isn’t taking Medicare? They don’t honor the appt nor do they accept responsibility. They blame the company they hire to make their appointments! Why did they wait until right before the appt. and they said my mother wasn’t the only patient they cancelled on this morning. They tried pushing her over to another doctor that has only been the 1 or 2 years. Very unprofessional. And it was with Mike, the office manager that defended this behavior. Thanks for reading I hope you find a better suited office. I’m sad for dr stowers and dr Simpson, they are probably unaware of all the facts yet they get a bad rap because of their office help. Oh well, train your staff and your outside help to do their job. Teri

I have been going to Dr. Stowers and his PA's for several years. They are all very helpful, kind and caring. It is fairly easy to get an appointment and the wait time is minimal. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in the Montgomery area.

I would tell anyone that was considering going to him..... DON'T GO. He missed diagnosed two people and it was not good out comes. I would not recommend this doctor.

He has been my family's doctor for at least 3 yrs now & everytime we have had to see him, he has always made our visit wonderful. He has been a blessing to my familys' health & wellbeing.
