I had to write about Rick and Tresa in the Optical Department at Vold Vision. When it is time for new glasses, I have always had a difficult time getting glasses with good vision at the various distances that I need for my work. But not with Rick and Tresa! They are the most highly skilled, knowledgeable and personable Opticians I have ever encountered. They spent a great deal of time with me, delving into how I use my glasses at work. There are so many lens options today that it is so important to find experienced and knowledgeable opticians. Amazing team! Great people at Vold Vision Optical Department.

Highly, highly recommend the Vold Vision team! Every person I interacted with was happy, passionate, and professional, from beginning to end, from the front desk all the way to the billing department. Dr. Moser was amazing! She was so thorough with my eye exams and took the time to make sure all the measurements were correct. She also made me feel comfortable with how the procedure would go, as well as all the vitamins and drops I'd need to take. My procedure went very well. I got the SMILE procedure, and I can honestly say I didn’t feel any pain during the operation, just slight pressure. Visually, it's like a laser light show. It's quite a trip. Then you just see bright lights and blurry blobs moving around in a circular fashion during the cornea removal portion. It was gentle with no pain, just slight pressure. Dr. Vold worked quickly and efficiently, making the entire process only about 5 minutes long. I always felt like I was in good hands. And of course, the results have been incredible! The very next day, I was already seeing 20/20. I can see details I've never noticed before. It's truly a life changing procedure! Thanks Vold Team!

I’ve started recommending my entire family!!! Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Dr. Hurd has been my doctor for 2 years and he’s wonderful! Dr. MacFarland is amazing also and monitored my progress from my LASIK surgery from Dr. Vold who is absolutely wonderful! Also, front desk ladies are wonderful, Lara is an absolute queen ??, Mackenzie is so kind and an absolute angel, she eased my process and answered all my questions! I’m so glad I went to Vold after years of getting sub-par service at other places I took a chance and it’s been worth it!!!! 10/5 stars! Bless you all for taking such good care of me!!! ??????????

I had this procedure this past week. It is life changing. Dr. Vold the most compassionate and kind man. Very reassuring. Grant & Britney dropped everything to answer my questions. Lauren, my nurse, so loving and gentle. I had the best experience with an unbeatable outcome. I was legally blind and now see perfectly. I couldn’t drive safely with glasses before. Now I can drive without my kids driving me everywhere. Forever grateful!!!!!

This man is a hack and an outright crook. He cares about nothing other than how much money he can get out of people. He will recommend procedures that you don't need and that aren't covered by insurance, like thousands of dollars of dry eye treatments and upgraded surgery options. You can hear him screaming at his staff from the waiting room, and it is not an uncommon sight to see his staff running around with tears in their eyes. There is one blonde headed girl who has taken pictures of my personal information with her cell phone camera, which really bothers me. She says it's to help her remember it so she can enter the info on one of the testing machines, but she could have just written it down and then shredded it. Why take a pic with her personal phone? I thought that wasn't allowed. Waiting for an appointment is insane. 2-4 hours on any given day. If you aren't rich or a Razorback athlete you have to wait while those who do have money or play sports are ushered to the front of the line. The same blonde girl offered to take my phone and help me leave a review but i said i can do it myself so i bet half the good reviews for this clinic are fake. STAY AWAY!!!!

I went in to have cataract surgery. I choose the lowest package because that was all I could afford. I was offered to be part of the research program. In the research program I was to get a better lens for my right eye. I was also to get paid each session for participating. Both eye surgeries went good. I went back for my follow ups. My right eye the research eye had no problems. I complained my left I felt as though in had a contact in my eye that I felt I needed to take out. My left eye had pain and I could not see clear out of it, , they said it was because my eyes were dry and I just needed to use eye drops. They dilated my eyes and when I left on a Friday could not see. Later that evening I developed red eyes that itched bad. I called Monday went in, they told me that was a unusual thing to happen. They gave me eye drops for pain and itching. And creme for under my eye. Each time I went to my appointment they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Dr Farland lacks patience and empathy. It took them 6 months to get me payments they told me I was entitled too, After 7 months I went to my regular eye doctor to get a check up because I felt I needed her to tell me why my left eye was blurry to see out of. Found out I had a tear in my retina and needed to go to a specialist. I decided to go to Dr Vold to see what he could do. He saw the tear, and he said I needed to go to NW Renial Clinic. It was a holiday weekend so he scolded me for not seeing him earlier, now I had to wait 3 days to get my tear fixed. He had me in tears, because I now had where if I wasn’t careful I could have a larger tear and lose my eye sight. He was very rude to me because 2 days before that I would not let his research dilate my eyes. I told him I was afraid to have it done because what happened last time. I went to NW Retinal in Springdale Dr Adams and he repaired my rential tear with Laser surgery and I now can see clearly out of my left eye which should of been fixed by Vold Vision.Vold Vision is unorganized and not professional. I would never recommend them to anyone

It's amazing not to have to wear glasses after wearing them for an eternity it seems. I am thankful for Dr. Vold and his staff. I'm having laser surgery today and I wish that Dr. Vold was doing it, it's just to far for my husband to drive me. I highly recommend Dr. Vold to anyone needing cataract or laser surgery. He's the best you'll ever find.

Very fun and energetic group of team members that helped you feel very welcomed at at home. I went in to have a dry eye review because I’ve been concerned if my eyes were dry or if it was my contacts drying out my eyes. They were able to find the root cause. advised home remedies that can help with my symptoms to help improve the moisture in my eyes. The doctors were very helpful and showed they really cares. I will go back to them again. Thanks Vold Vision. :)

I feel so confident that Dr. Vold is committed to helping my site to be restored and 100% convinced his skill level is beyond compare. The staff is exceptional!! I was called by name by all and they even instigated small conversations that made me feel welcomed and confident.

I received the SMILE flapless corrective laser surgery and have been mind-boggled that this is not the STANDARD for people with poor eyesight. I am BLOWN away with the results! After wearing glasses and contacts all my life and being sporty and working outdoors, I no longer worry about broken, sweaty or muddy glasses! no more dry contacts being fuzzy and uncomfortable! Dr. Vold and his staff performed the surgery in under 15 minutes. Dr. Hendricks and Dr. McFarland were excellent during the healing and post-OP visits always doing what was best for the patient! The tech John brightened my visits and the Vold Vision media wonderwoman, Christine, was the one who got me interested and aware of this as an option from the burden of corrective lenses! I FULLY recommend this surgery, the numerous facilities, and the highly attentive/intellectual team assembled by Dr. Vold.

The first visit was not as pleasant as successive ones because I had to wait two hours to see the doctor. Since then, I have gotten in in a timely manner and have found the staff to be helpful. Having had one cataract removed, I am very happy with the results so far.

After cataract surgery along with a glaucoma procedure I had 20/20 vision and eye pressure of 10 in both eyes resulting in no more eye drops for glaucoma! I was able to get scheduled within two weeks of my cataract consultation for the surgery. I recommend Vold Vision for all your eye care.
