Dr. Stuart Clyde Belkin, MD

He can be straightforward in his mannerisms but is kind and considerate especially to someone who is in pain. His care for me has been outstanding and I trust him implicitly. I wouldn't go to any other doctor.

Dr. Belking is concerned about the well being of his patients and does all he can to alleviate their pain.

This doctor's bedside manner was horrible. I saw him one time and would never return. He was gruff and condescending and would not listen when I tried to speak. I was in a lot of pain at the time but I never forgot the way he treated me.

I had heard about him...but went anyway because of insurance. Not a likable petson. Staff was very nice though.

Dr. Belkin has treated me for spinal stenosis and I have had outstanding relief from pain. His initial approach was "matter of fact", but in getting to know him his bedside manner is warm and gentle. His sense of humor enabled me to face decisions that would have caused me great stress otherwise. I would highly recommend him to anyone particularly elderly patients and am very grateful for all he has done for me. His negative reviews are totally misleading.

Seen for workers comp injury; felt like i was bothering him by the way he came in, threw down his papers and clicked his pen while i explained my injury. Told me I am fine even though i still have pain swelling and tingling after 3 weeks and did not want to issue any ct scans or mri's.

He sold his skills and morals to work comp. Write a check and he is Yours. He is scum and will write what a lawyer tells him to write even when it's wrong. So hence he really does not care what's wrong with you even if he could help you. He will not help because he wants the constant cash from the bigger check books. I have 6 Docs saying I'm disabled and belkin says I'm not. Who is the liar ?

The guy is an excellent surgeon, really knows his sh_t, but no bedside manner at all. However I'd rather have it that way than have a friendly, funny doc who is less skilled.

I have never been so poorly treated by a doctor. Rude, arrogant and a big bully towards my child. NEVER EVER will go back to him -- no wonder he is the only doctor in the practice that always has available appointments.

My 88 year old Mother had a stress fracture. Dr. Belkin performed a kyphoplasty. This relieved 70% of my Mother's pain. Two weeks later Dr. Belkin gave her a cortisone shot. She is now 100% pain free. Aside from being a great surgeon - he could not have been nicer or more informative. He never talked down to my Mother, and he fully and patiently answered all of our questions. A friend of mine who gets shots for his back told me that Dr. Belkin is the BEST back doctor - even if his bedside manner is gruff. However with my Mom - he was highly competent AND had a great bedside manner. 4 stars on everything !!!

Dr. Stuart Belkin is an arrogant, self-centered jerk. He performed two separate back surgeries on me and I still have severe pain. He said there's nothing wrong and walked out of the exam room. I am seeing a new doctor and am scheduled for an MRI and an ultrasound. I don't care if Belkin's bedside manner is atrocious, I'm not dating this jerk, but at least be nice to your patients, who are your income!

Office staff was able to reschedule my appointment to get me in sooner because of the pain. They also checked with Dr. Belkin who agreed to see a family member at the time of my visit because of a back problem, rather than making them come back the next day.Dr. Belkin was thorough & professional. The treatment plan recommended for me involves further testing. Subsequent to my visit, the doctor has returned two of my phone calls because of my extreme pain. The treatment plan for my family member involved exercise & mess. One week post visit, it is working.We are still waiting for our MD to call us regarding the results of x rays taken in Oct. Obviously that is not happening after being patients of that practice for 30 years. His solution to the problem was to have an affiliated PT office call to arrange treatment without ever communicating the results of the x ray. This is after waiting one week for the results & being in much pain.So say what you want about Dr. Belkin, but we are new patients to his practice, & his response has exceeded our expectations.

I have been seeing Dr Belkin for years. He did surgery on my hand, knee and thumb. I also see him for a recurring back problem. He is an outstanding physician. He can be a bit moody, but i know with him I am in the best hands and I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Dr Belkin has been a terrific doctor. My mother got an appointment within 2 hours of my first call. Quick diagnosis, scheduled surgery within 2 weeks,very well handled. Brilliant person. We are extemely pleased. Low-key, but caring doctor. Thank you.

but thats how I left feeling---almost angry at the way he treated mw like i was a 10 years old wasting his time. Perhaps he's busy and I get that, but you don't have to be cocky and rude. Time for a bedside manner checkup, buddy.
