Does not answer patient questions, tip toes around issues. Receives test results ( involved with a terminal illness) but makes patient wait for an appointment to give results and move forward. Appointments are not easy to get...and once one is obtained patient is made to wait past appointment time ( 3 appointments...45 min wait, 1 hr 10 min and 35 min ) Staff does not return phone calls when you leave a message,or if you do get to talk to someone they will tell you they will call you back and they don't.
