A Dermatologist scheduled Mohs surgery to remove a Basal Cell Carcinoma from the helix of my ear. I was skeptical as Mohs can excise the cancer but leave tissue looking mangled; friends hide after Mohs until they have reconstructive surgery. Therefore, I asked Dr. Subhas Gupta to do surgery with his golden scalpel. This gifted Plastic Surgeon removed the BCC with one procedure, gave me clear margins confirmed by pathology, AND a great looking ear! I had only 1 healing period - and at 1/3 the cost of Mohs surgery. I feel blessed by my gifted surgeon!

As an operating room nurse with 20+ years experience, I know a good surgeon when I see one. I have watched Dr Gupta restore form and function (and he says) to almost every body part. I knew that I would have him be the surgeon my face/neck lift as well as upper blepharoplasties. I have had a breast augmentation 14 yrs ago with a different dr. Had to change them and I was referred Dr Gupta. I can’t explain the calmness he makes you feel. His experience is above and beyond. The day of my surgery the whole staff was amazing. They did everything they can to make you feel the most comfortable. I just had my 4 (and final) breast reconstruction surgery with Dr Gupta after my diagnosis of cancer 10 years ago. I finally decided to undergo reconstruction after about 8 years because my overall health is really good and I am thinking of re-marrying.I went to see Dr Gupta as my 3rd opinion after seeing two other doctors who only wanted to do breast implants and told me that my reconstructed side could "look good" in clothes. Dr Gupta immediately impressed me by being thorough in finding out MY desires. We settled on a plan of using tissue from my abdomen (tummy tuck TRAM flap), and a breast lift for my other breast. I just had the nipple reconstruction on the flap side, and I am super happy with my results.Dr Gupta took excellent care of me throughout the process and I am really happy with the results!
