Dr. Subir Ray, MD

I receive the utmost care, education, and kindness from the staff Dr. Ray was my surgeon, his nurse Melanie Beckman did an out standing job educating me with the preop procedure postop procedures. This staff was the very best surgical staff and hospital that I have received care from. Everybody treated me in a very respectful and kind manner. I am Grateful for this hospital, although I am from Oklahoma this small town hospital really took immaculate care of me. Dr. Ray and his nurse Melanie Beckman should receive a five star rating from me-as I have healed appropriately and promptly, they were very quick to answer questions. They were very knowledgeable about questions I had. And very quick to get back to me when I had additional questions.

Two surgeries within two weeks.The first one on stoma produced an humongous infection. Almost died but relocating stoma to different area saved my life. It was touch and go for awhile but I pulled out of it okay. Was off work for two months. He no longer is employed by the hospital system since about '08 or '09. The above is true.

Dr.Ray is one of the best surgeons in the country...and very highly skilled...no one comes close to his technical abilities...when it comes to surgery...I would not trust anyone else in the Harrisburg area...excellent surgeon and compassionate!
