Normal waiting for a busy doctor’s office, but the waiting room is spacious with comfortable seating. Friendly and courteous staff. Short waiting time before Dr. Su appeared in the exam room. He was his usual friendly, and professional doctor! Answered all my questions and gave me his advice on several topics we discussed. My visit to the clinic was an A++. Now the parking garage is another story …..

Dr. Su is very devoted to his patients. I saw him as well as his PA today to evaluate some problems I was having with my knee surgery. Exam, x-rays and discussion were thorough and complete. He answered all of my questions and therapeutic plans discussed. Follow-up scheduled.

This Doctor knows what to do. I had complications because of the onset of diabetes, he recognized the problem and had a solution then and there. Very skilled.

Dr.Su very helpful with my hip condition. I am pleased with him as a doctor/surgeon.

Dr Su saw me within a minute of me being led to a room, he checked my gait and knees' range of motion and let me know that everything looked good. He told me that it looked good enough that I should contact his office and schedule an appointment if anything changed, but he didn't need to see me, until I needed it. I appreciated his promptness and efficiency!

I haven't actually seen Dr. Su since my actual surgery. All of my follow-up visits have been with practitioners, who are great. I can only assume he actually looks at their notes and/or my xrays at some other time. The only recommendation I have is to streamline the checkin process. With today's technology, there's no reason patients should have to fill out a 4-page questionnaire by hand in the office every year. Please change that to a pre-visit online process to save everyone's time (and a ton of paper.) If a few patients aren't computer literate, give them the option of continuing to do it the hard way, but the vast majority of of people should be able to do it online, thus cutting wait times in half. Kudos to the technician whose idea made follow-up hip xrays simpler and more efficient! I hope she got a good bonus for that!
