Dr. Sulochana Shantaram Bhandarkar, MD

The absolute best experience with a doctor ever. I recommend Dr. Bhandarkar to anyone needing a dermatologist. I am very sick due to a late onset illness and have seen dozens of doctors over the past two years so I have some experience with doctors at BSW, Mayo Clinic-Rochester, St David's, & Seton. Dr. Bhandarkar has a special gift in the medical field and I am so thankful that I found her. Five Stars!

Dr. Bhandarkar and her staff at Round Rock lack follow through on prescription fills and ordering required labs. Her nurse at the Round Rock location is incompetent, lacks knowledge, and training. A patient should not have to go without proper medications because the medical staff lack follow through. The pharmacy sent prior authorization request twice before the action was even initiated by the staff. Hurrying and rushing from treatment and not completely caring for the patient is poor care. I will no longer seek care from this physician or the facility.

The Worst. Stay Away. I saw Dr. Bhandarkar a few weeks back. She was ok. thorough. Everything look ok. Then I asked about taking out some very small skin tags around my neck, shoulders, plus a couple of warts on my hand. She said it'd be quick and hurt a bit, AND I had to pay $125 on the spot, as ins would not cover. She used the nitrogen torch. It was pure torture! Excruciating pain. What she didn't tell me was that I'd walk out with this 1" ampules all around my neck, openly visible as I headed back to work! I literally looked like Herman Munster with a multitude of protrusions sticking out. And the PAIN! Unbelievable. Unreal. The ampules were mostly gone next day, though the high pain lingered longer. BUT, I've got these penny size burn marks all around my neck. And they won't go away! It's been weeks and I am WORST off than when I started. I wish I had NEVER gone in there. And to add insult to injury, I've called repeatedly to try to talk to the nurse. ZERO. No one every answers. So I left a message asking for some advice and care for this, but NOTHING. No one aver called me back. Called and left another VM. ZERO. Then I selected another Derma, and left a detailed message, asking to please pass along the message to Dr. B. ZERO. It's almost a month and the marks won't go away and NO one ever called me back. Ah, and to top it off, they passed an exorbitant bill to the insurance. Must be like 3-4 times what I've paid elsewhere for a similar Derma exam. AND they had the indecency of BILLING for SURGERY??!!! (for those burns they put on me, for which I had already paid on the spot!).

Hi . My mame is Rohina. She is awesome doctor. She has postive vibes. She is like an angel to me. Her way of talking and listning to other is awesome. I never met a foctor like her. She listens my questions very calmly and answer them very postive way. I have no words to describe her. Just one she is an angel. Love you doctor. ??

Dr. Bhandarkar is the best dermatologist that I have ever been to. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain things and ensure that I understood everything. Regretfully, she moved to TX, so I had to switch to another dermo. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Austin metro area.
