Very bad quality Service, you have to wait for more de 1 hour because de doctor he is the only one doctor so he have keep the patients for more $$$$$$$$ this doctor care only $$$$$$$$

I have been seeing this doctor for several years. He is a pleasant doctor and always listens. I appreciate his office as they are so accommodating to me.

Melissa has always been kind and respectful. Anything I need she is always there to help.

So I began seeing Dr. Jindal after a work related injury for pain management. His office staff tries to remain pleasant, as they are way over worked and short staffed you can see the frustration levels and there is a uneasy feeling as soon as you walk in. The doctor is always any where from 30 to 60 minutes behind schedule. His time in the exam room with you lasts a whole 5 minutes. Due to the language barrier it is difficult to understand him and he never listens to your concerns. Three separate visits, I told him the medication is not helping and he continues to prescribe the same thing. He does not offer any alternative to treatment. I have faxed a request to his medical records department on 2 occasions a month in advance to have my records sent to another provider as I refused to go back to this practice and my new pain management doctor still has not received my records. Do not waste your time in going to this practice and especially to this provider.

Been there countless times and they say "hey hope your doing well" with a fake smirk. Had me wait to get my script filled 2 days just because they kept saying my insurance fault which is b.s Turns out they lost the script & Dr was away on vacation. This staff is so incredibly inconsiderate & aren't afraid to show it. Heaven forbid you ask why it's not at the pharmacy when pharmacy says they never got it & insurance is saying nothing was submitted?? They should put their self in our shoes & let's see how it feels. Supposed to be taking a medicine. 3 different kinds. The day went by so I decided to call the pharmacy. They said nothing came in. So I called his office & the secretary said oh should be ready by 530 when were closed. Had my wife swing by the pharmacy by 630 since I couldn't move my arm from nerve pain & numbness. Still nothing. I'm really upset. Not because I couldn't get the meds filled shoot I have been off meds awhile & don't care to go on but when sleep is deprived it's tough. Anyway, the point is why did his staff lie to me about picking up my script. Also me going back 2x like a fool for taking their word.

Waiting room overcrowded, 2-3 hour wait for appointments - Waiting for 2 weeks now for MRI results - Dr says he never got it even though Caremount says it was sent to him 2 weeks ago - Primary Dr. also got no response to release the MRI results - what kind of Dr. lets his patients wait this long for results and treatment? Plan on going to the ER if you have problems after hours or on weekends.

The doctor is okay, but doesn’t do want he is supposed to do when it comes to filling out paperwork or even phoning in scripts to the local pharmacy. The staff for the most part doesn’t look like they enjoy being there. I’ve heard on more than one occasion a staff member complain about a patient in front of the waiting area full of other patients.

The front staff does not know how to smile. For a doctor who manages pain,you would think he would train his staff to be more compassionate.Who wants to suffer physical pain and then have to deal with a prune face attitude? If you hate your job,your patients or both then quit!

Dr. Jindal was very pleasant although very soft spoken which makes him a little difficult to understand. The staff is very very unpleasant and rude. They are not welcoming at all. Dr. Jindal is a good doctor who’s reputation could very well be tarnished by his staff.

I am so thankful for Dr. Surinder Jindal. He solved my facial paralysis. the pain was the worst. The droop is almost perfectly normal. The pain is gone. I am so impressed that not only is he a board certified experienced neurologist, but be is a board certified pain doctor, and he is board certified in so many other things. His kindness is overwhelming.

This doctor I have been seeing for two years. I have a diagnosis for an autoimmune disease and also for a pain disorder. For about a year and a half I have been on low mg pain medication from dr. Jindal. Recently, his office had me take a drug test, which normally would've been fine and would've been no problem. But instead this is how it happened. He and his office told me I had to take a test next door and lied to my face about what it was for. They told me I'm not getting my prescriptions until I take the test and come back. Also, they only had me sign the consent for AFTER I had taken it when I was under the impression it was a completely different test because they had lied to me about it. I don't think this is in any way legal and it was humiliating. I have suffered from pain for so long and I'm so tired of this doctor treating me like a criminal. This is the worst Doctor I have ever seen and I have seen many.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jindal for about 5 years. He always shakes my hand and is interested in my progress. Unlike past doctors, I feel very comfortable to be myself and ask questions. He makes me feel I am a friend as well as a patient. That is a rarity in this fast past generation!!

Very unhappy with treatment, staff is unkind/rude.

I only gave him 1 star because i had to give him a star. He's a horrible doctor. He does not listen to me and he does not explain anything to me. In fact he's more worried about how fast he can get me out of his room than what's actually going on with my head. He spends the whole visit recording on his tape recorder in stead of listening to what's going on with me and my concerns. His staff are rude too. I have yet to have one good visit with him.
