Kind ,takes her time with you. Explains in detail findings. A sense of humor, she puts you at ease. Her office staff are also very nice! If you need a urologist do yourself a favor pick Dr. Susan Glover!

Claimed it was low when my primary knew was wrong

Sling surgery failed and going to a reconstructive doctor to see if anything can be done. Never learned what went wrong just told I was warned. Worst than before surgery and very uncomfortable.

great dr. i don't write about how dr's treat me, but i can not say enough about this dr. very good bed side mannor, cares and listens to what you say. you are in and out of the hospital before you know it. very,very,very good at what she does. after 13 years i have to go to see her again and i am not in the least bit nervous about it.

Very pleased with the care and treatment given by Dr. Glover and staff. Diagnosed the proplem and treatment on my first visit.

I was having a lot of urinary tract infections and I got sent to Dr. Glover. I had to fill out a very long and very personally intrusive questionnaire. The PA did the exam, including catheterizing me after I had given a sample. The doctor came in for two seconds at the end and didn't even give me a diagnosis. I never went back.

I never waited less than 1 1/2 hours for an appointment and often waited up to 3 hours. This happened even after calling to see how far behind they were running. Also had to wait for 3 or more months to get appointments even when she wanted me to follow up within 4 weeks. Even when a reschedule was their fault they would not work me in sooner. After about 5 years of this treatment I switched to a doctor in another state.

I brought my 1 yr old to Dr glover after a referral and she has been amazing. I left feeling like the dr cared, dealt with the issue, and worked really hard to keep me well informed, all while making my toddler feel comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. Most importantly I felt that she had the right combination of wait and see, and fixing the issue. We waited over a year for change, and when no change occured she had us go ahead with surgery, which was wonderfully sucessful. She even made it a point to be at testing appointments where dr's generally never attend. The wait for appointments can go anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour, so I go prepared with toys and snacks, but it's worth the wait.
