Dr. Susan Marguerite Austin, MD

I saw her when my mother had a fracture of her hip. She was prompt and took care of her as if she was a family member. She is awesome.

You will regret ever meeting her as soon as she opens her mouth!!!

Has a God complex and thinks she’s better than everyone. Speaks horribly to others as if they are ‘beneath’ her.

How do we get medical records from Dr. Austin? I have heard she closed her practice and left the country. The phone number on the website is disconnected with no announcement on her website about closing.

Been to numerous physicians without proper diagnosis. Dr. Orthopedic surgeon Susan Austin gave me an accurate medical diagnosis that took me two years to find. She has a nice bedside manner and is very compassionate. Her expertise is invaluable to those who seek relief from pain and suffering.

My child loves Dr. Austin. I brought my child to see her for back pain. She diagnosed the problem right away. We are back playing soccer.

Awesome surgeon and diagnostician

Dr. Austin is awesome. She takes care of all my kids. I used to go to Campbell Clinic, but I was just a number there. Dr. Austin takes care of all 4 of my kids with their fractures and sports injuries. I highly recommend her. I get personal care.

We spent on average 45-60 minutes in the exam room waiting on her. She takes very little interest in the individual patient - very rushed as if she has too many patients double-booked. She deflected questions about exact diagnoses and got very defensive when questions were asked about billing. If there was a Zero stars option, I'd pick that. My son disliked her and asked not to see her anymore.

I really like the way Dr. Austin relates to her patients and her patients parents. She has a great bedside manner and a great way of relating to me and my child. I get personal attention as a patient.

I went to another peds ortho to get a diagnosis about a problem with my daughter's leg. The other doctor did not even touch my daughter. Dr. Austin has properly diagnosed my child's leg problem and now I feel much better about her condition.

I love doctor Austin and I recommend her to everyone!!! The staff is so kind and understanding and they usually get you in a room in under 15 miniutes. I have been going to her for years and I trust no one else with my orthopedic needs!

my son broke his leg and her staff was so good and considerate the wait was not long at all when my son had his surgery she made sure I had her cell number for after hours all my questions was answered so i could understand them but the love she has for children shows

My child looks forward to her visits with this doctor. She understands kids and their needs. We see her for a knee problems.
