Dr Malley and her staff are wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr Malley's for over 12 years and continue to see her even though I moved an hour away. She helped me through several different biopsies and always showed compassion. I feel very fortunate to have her as my gynecologist....

I went to dr. Malley when i noticed a lump in my breast. She misdiagnosed me and the entire time talked about birth control. That is all she cares about is birth control

I was referred to Dr. Malley by my older sister. She told me it would be easy, no big deal. My appointment was better than that - she didn't do a pelvic exam, we mainly chatted about my life and discussed college life. I kind of look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Malley and her team were amazing, made a scary exam easy. She answered all my questions and made me laugh. I highly recommend her.

I was very worried about my abnormal pap smears with my previous doctor. I didn't feel heard. I was recommended to Dr. Malley by a co-worker, for her caring and willingness to listen. She did a colposcopy procedure and found the abnormal part of my my cervix to address. I am very grateful for her expertise and soothing style.

Daughter suffering with vaginitis from undiagnosed cause for two weeks. They Got my daughter in the same day I called when the pediatric gynecologist that was close to where we live and whom our pediatrician recommended, was trying to see if they could squeeze her in the next few days. I was at my wits end seeing her uncomfortable with nothing I could do. From beginning to end the service was courteous. The doctor took her time and you could see she listens and cares. We had a diagnosis and treatment in a matter of minutes. My girl is on her way to getting better and being able to concentrate in school instead of on this issue. I'm am so thankful.

I was told I needed a hysterectomy for fibroids that did not bleed nor bother me in any way. I went to Dr. Malley for a second opinion. She calmed me & put me at ease. After reviewing all my previous records. She felt there was absolutely no need for surgery.

While I like Dr. Malley this review is not a positive one. As I write I am in week 5 of constant phonecalls to Dr. Malley's office in order to find out how I need to move forward in my treatment. I saw the specialist that she recommended 5 weeks ago and in the time since I have been trying to follow up via phonecall to see what my future treatment plan is. (She is supposed to be coordinating.) She has received the specialist's blood test results but has not called me to discuss. I need to get a follow up mammogram and vaginal ultrasound and cannot get in contact with Dr. Malley to discuss. I have spoken to several staff members and each one puts me through to the nurse who has been unhelpful and has now become abrupt with me. I have given up on contacting Dr. Malley. I am going to contact my primary care doctor and see if he can assist me. I am extremely disappointed and know that I will be looking for another doctor. I trust Dr. Malley's judgement but she need's to fix the communication problems in her office.

Dr. Malley and her team are angels and she is a true professional. She is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever seen, absolutely incredible. She takes the time to ACTUALLY talk to you and explain everything thoroughly. She is gentle and so kind, as is her nurse. I feel so lucky to have found someone this amazing, after having been to numerous doctors and spending the last 6 months of my life terrified from the things they told me. I was so scared to go to my appointment even after all the wonderful things I read about her online, as a result of all my negative experiences, but within minutes of entering her office everyone was laughing, me included! A truly amazing experience, she is one of a kind.

I have been Dr Malley's patient for several years in Katonah. When she left that group, my friends and I searched for her desperately. We were ALL creepily misled or thrown by the staff and/or docs from Westchester Health when we asked for her new location. Medicine is supposed to be above that, I thought. As a New Years Day miracle, I found Dr Malley in her brand-new office in Somers. I was thrilled to be the hero to share the news among my friends and colleagues. As I have read here, and discussed with my friends, Dr Malley is a very special person - the doctor/sister/advisor who smiles but doesn't judge. She spends the time to get to know you, like no other I have ever met, she will cry and laugh with you, and still maintain her reassuring, professional manner. I can give her my highest recommendation. I have never felt more comfortable with a physician: manner and intelligence. Her new Somers office is a nice reflection if Dr Malley: sweet, soothing, lovely and easy. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am that I did not give up the search for her. Dr Malley is one if those people who easily meet you on your terms and makes you feel heard, respected and part of her family.

I love Dr. Sue, she is so understanding and sweet, never judgmental like some doctors. I am a woman going through menopause and am pretty cranky with a lot of people these days; except Dr. Sue. Love her and will recommend her til the day I die. You cannot do better than this doctor.

When my OB GYN passed away I was sad as I had been with him for 28 years. It took me some time to narrow the qualities I was searching for in a new physician. I knew I wanted to be seen by a competent, Informed, cutting edge, open-minded woman. I have always been an Educated participant in my own healthcare and wanted someone who would understand my needs, respect my knowledge, research and curiosity about all things concerning a mature female's body. I not only found that in Dr. Malley, but more. Her bedside manor should be taught in medicL schools. Her knowledge base is not only vast, but what she doesn't know she will find out. She not only takes the time you need during your visit, leaves any ego she may have outside the building, but always remembers the highlights of previous conversations/visits. In this age of confusing healthcare Dr. Susan Malley is a gift. I do and will recommend her services to many.

Dr. Malley is an amazing, brilliant doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. As someone who did not go to the gynocologist for 10 years due to childhood trauma, I am blessed to have Dr. Malley as my doctor. She alleviated my fears and earned my trust immediately due to her compassionate presence and support of women and the issues we face. She met me where I was and helped move me to a healthier place physically and emotionally. She identified the medical issue I was having, was thorough in her treatment (has called the radiologist with me in her office when I have had questions about any testing performed) and performed an excellent surgery. She is always professional in her interactions with me, treats all of my concerns as important and consistently provides stellar medical care. She is a gift to her profession and the patients she treats. 4 stars is not enough for her, she deserves many, many more!!
