Dr. SWAPNA VAIDYA, MD, FAPA, FACLP is a DUAL BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRISTI am a dual board-certified psychiatrist , having specialized in Psychosomatic Medicine with more than 20 years of experience in the field as a clinician and as a leader. I also serve as as an adviser for Gennev which is a web-based  company specializing in women's health and menopause. My areas of expertise are women's health, reproductive psychiatry anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and coping with chronic illness. My approach toward treatment stems from creating an individualized plan for each patient that is geared toward symptom relief. This encompasses a combination of various therapeutic modalities and when appropriate psychopharmacology interventions.Treatment Focus As a Psychiatrist, My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I  achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment
