The doctor was straight forward, checked me thoroughly and assured me there’s nothing to worry about, explained the cause and sent me on my way. The process before meeting the doctor is an example how a patient should not be treated. Time Management is either unheard of or they just don’t care about other’s time! I spent a total of 3 hours and spent 5 minutes with the Doctor.

The COVID protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Morrison was amazing! She listens, I didn’t feel rushed and she was very kind. I will definitely recommend her if you need an ENT.

From my first phone call to make my appointment as a new patient all the way through the check-out process, everything was perfect! The staff is extremely competent and friendly. Dr. Morrison and her assistant listened to my symptoms, asked the correct questions, and were very compassionate. I felt confident in her diagnosis which she explained thoroughly. I did not feel rushed through the process. I was very impressed that no one sat in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes if that long.

Dr. Morrison did a great job of helping me with a nose bleed issue I was experiencing. She listened to my concerns and adjusted the treatment accordingly. I never feel rushed like she was in a hurry to see as many patients as possible. She seems very interested in giving me the best care possible. ??

Dr. Morrison spent all the time required and answered all questions during a telemedicine visit resulting from cocvid 19 stay at home time period. Rx was acknowledged by supplied within minutes. Very professional Dr. visit.

Dr. Morrison was right on time with my appointment. No long wait in the waiting room. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was, after a short examination. She will be my permanent ENT doctor. A very good experience.

First I had to wait for an hour after the scheduled appointment. No explanation or anything. Doctor doesn’t seem very capable to deal with complex issues. Doesn’t answer questions well if at all, and makes you feel like you are wasting her time. Doesn’t check anything unless you ask her. Would never go back.
