Great family doctor. First concern is always the patient. Fantastic diagnostician.

Great doctor. A professional with this intelligence should take time to look at the business side of his business. His office staff are horrible and totally incompetent. I wonder what compels a doctor to pick up and move 3x in 2 years. They don't answer phone. You get lost in voice mail, and then a voice mailbox that is full. Avoid/avoid/avoid. They go totally rogue OFTEN. If you have an issue with a bill, good luck on that one. It will NEVER get resolved.

Love this Dr. If you have 3-4 hours to sit in the waiting room

They never answer their phone. Calls go to voice mail and nobody returns your calls. Staff is not good.

If your looking for a compassionate doctor who actually cares about your health go see Dr. Engelmann. All the people complaining about the wait. That speaks volumes about how good the doctor is and thats all I care about when it comes to my health.

Office staff is horrible! They never answer their phone, calls always go to voice mail. They never return your calls, weeks can go by and you won't be able to talk to anyone on the phone. You have go to the office in person to get a appointment or a referral. Then you get the misfortune of having to talk to the receptionist who is so rude and really doesn't what she is doing. She is totally unconcerned and uncaring about the patient.

This place was awful. A know it all doctor that feels he's above other doctors is a dangerous doctor in my opinion. The good doctor would not give referral because "other doctors have less schooling experience than himself" Not too mention his staff are horrid. Inconsiderate, no help, different bill totals. Will not be back

Dr Engelmann is great doctor, knows his profession very well. He is also very kind and always willing to listen. He is the best doctor my Dad has ever been to. The problem is his staff. Some of the girls actually caring for patients are nice, but the staff making appointments, answering the phone and "greeting" patients leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and unwilling to listen. If you need to get in for, let's say for example, a serious lung infection. Forget it, they will put you off for weeks saying they are booked. They don't seem to understand that elderly people with emphysema can't wait weeks when they are sick and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment in a few days ,be prepared to get a call that they are setting the appointment back another 2, to 3 weeks. Dr. Engelmann is great but I will be looking for a new doctor for my Dad.

He is one of the best doctors i have ever been too. But the wait time is unreal. Expect to spend several hours!

The wait to see the doctor is worth the wait. He is very caring . Always listens to me and is more than happy to listen. I will not see another dr as long as he's in business .

Called in to make an appointment for a routine physical. I was told it would cost $160 when I got the bill from my insurance company it was over a thousand dollars. I was charged for an office visit, physical, and a whole lot of other things. He told the insurance company he gave me one test because I was wheezing. I was in perfect health, no problem breathing, no coughs. Also, they charged two dates for me and I've only seen the doctor one time. Isn't this interesting. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I knew what I was doing when I got the price from his receptionist when I was making the appointment. I told her very clearly that I did not want to go over the $160 because I could not afford it. I called to discuss the bill and they won't returned my calls. I don't even know the results of the tests they gave me and they are refusing to send them even though they were paid close to a thousand dollars. I'm too afraid to go back in it might cost me another thousand dollars. I'm very upset over this dishonest experience I received from this business. This visit has cost me dearly. I will have to go without food and some of meds for a couple of months to pay for this bill.

This Doctor is just in it for the money and his staff is very uneducated in dealing with the public. The conversations you can hear while you wait are terrible and they can't seem to bill the correct insurance, I have changed my insurance 3 times with them and they still get it wrong.

Worst ever! I would not recommend to anyone. I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time once because I was really sick and needed to be seen, but the second time I had to wait for an hour past my scheduled appointment time (with my 2 year old son) I walked out of that office for the very last time!

Dr. Engelmann is one of the best physicians I've ever encountered. He is very professional and very passionate. Worries about his pacients and is really generous and kind. He is the best!!!

Dr. Engelmann is not only the most intelligent, but also the kindest physician I have ever encountered. He has so much knowledge in ever area of medicine. While I don't like waiting too long for an appointment, it is worth the wait especially when you will have his undivided attention when you are face to face with him. I will refer all my friends and family to him.
