Since we are elderly and need some assistance in getting around she went out of her way to get us in and out as painlessly as possible. Service is definitely from her heart. Dr Kane is wonderful and his diagnosis is accurate. We recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

First time making an appointment to this ENT office in Valdosta. The office is a little tricky to find but the appt was well worth it. The office is neat and clean; the staff is nice and friendly. As i was waiting to be called back (only took 10 mins), I noticed they have all types of patients here, which makes me very comfortable. I was scheduled to see Dr. Thomas Kane. He was very thorough with my exam and provided detailed knowledge of how to manage my issues. Dr. Kane and his staff exceeded my expectations after being let down for years by other providers. My spouse was so impressed she switching to this office as well. I 100% highly recommend this ENT office. I would give it 10 stars but I could only give 5 stars. This was my first visit but it felt like I have been here for years.

The receptionist was able to work me in for an appointment the same day when they had a cancellation. Dr Kanne was very caring and knowledgeable. He treated me for vertigo and I am seeing improvement already.
