If there were 10 stars, I would give that for Dr. Mason!! I had surgery for cochlear implant and it’s a life changer!!! No longer am I relying on my husband to dictate everything. No longer am I relying on my husband to make phone calls for me I’m a much more confident and independent woman all because of Dr. Mason. He explained everything thoroughly to my husband and me. After the surgery, he went out to share with my husband the success of my procedure, all with two thumbs up!!! Dr. Mason is the most caring doctor I have ever had. Dr. Mason corrected my husband's hearing loss with surgery that was totally successful and made it possible to not have to get hearing aids! Husband (and wife) very happy! The entire experience with Dr. Mason was excellent!

Is TERRIBLE. With this day and age of technology, people should be able to request records and get them immediately after signing a release. This ten to 15 business days to get records is UNACCEPTABLE. Maria is a stubborn fool who won't upgrade the process to be in line with other, more modern doctors offices. She should be FIRED and sent back to the Stone Age where she belongs!

I spent about 4 minutes with Dr. Mason. It was obvious that he had no intention of actually examining me or talking to me about my symptoms. I believe I have eustachian tube disorder, and he gave me absolutely no treatment plan. He completely dismissed me, saying "everybody can hear crackling in their ears, you're just paying too much attention." I was devastated. My symptoms are absolutely not normal. Thanks for nothing.

Explanation of procedure was done in a manner that was easily understandable. Practice seems to run like clockwork and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous from Check-in to Check-out.
