I have been a patient for several years and have finally given up on this place. They are constantly changing or cancelling my appointments. When they do change them they often assign a different provider. One time stands out, they cancelled my appointment with my normal doctor and rescheduled with someone I had not seen before. I was sick that day and cancelled. The next time I was in the office they refused to treat me until I paid a $30 same day cancellation fee. I Wasn’t happy but I paid it as we have little choice in this area for local specialist. The nurses have little to no patient skills and when on the phone are sometimes just plain rude. When this place opened they had great interpersonal skills and was another awesome local provider. Over the years they have lost what made them special.

I have seen him for years and I must say that he is a great doctor. He listened to me carefully and he figured out the issue with my back. He was very caring and now I can exercise again and live my life fully . I recommend him to all my friends .

I have been with DR.B for about 5 Years now! I can be a "tough" patient at times, but he speaks to me with care! He DOESN't get discouraged and tries to reassure me. He is the ONLY DR for me due to my situation.I was blessed to find him. Very happy patient!!!

Although he has got to the point of a big new office and is much more busy than when I started with him he's a great Dr. I had a spinal injury that hurniaed L5 S1 11 mm's (not much to treat that) He NEVER gave up trying to give me some, or any relief from it. I have every procedure that there was, and it's not easy to find a doctor who cares about you enough to keep trying! I will NEVER trust another dr. to touch my spine other than him!

Dr.Bonnabesse and his staff are wonderful.

This doctor prescribes the right medication and the right dosage. He will take time to listen to you, despite his very busy schedule.He always does his best and what he thinks is right. Impressed!!????

The front desk were so rude when I checked out! If you don't like your jobs, why are you there? When I spoke to the Dr. About my feelings, he didnt want to hear it. Only wanted to sell me on his shots.

I really like Dr.Thierry P Bonnabesse,very good DR. and suck a good bedside manner and enjoy having him for a DR , and still do and all the office staff is very courteous and help you with what ever u need and i enjoy every time i went to see him

This doctor has been treating me for years..Yes he does do a lot of different injections, the spinal cord stimulator,ect... BUT he does care how you feel, and he is very easy to talk to. He has great bedside manner. I have a very hard time getting to see him now, but I do see his np, and she is great. I would reccomend him to anyone in pain,BUT you do have the right to not want the the procedures done he thinks would work. I hope this helps!

Does not care about a persons pain needs, all he wants to do is sell spine implants. Accuses patients of trying to get drugs.Stay away, much better and compassionate dr's in VT and in the NY area

Waited several weeks to get initial appt and then it was with NP. She is very good, good bedside manner, very kowledgable. When I had the procedure done for my back another dr in the office performed it. I never got the chance to meet him before sedation. Not happy at all!
