Dr. Bienz was great, too the tone to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered.

About 20 years ago I broke my tibia and fibula, and dislocated my ankle. The ER doctor said I needed surgery and permanent pins. Bienz came in and after about 20-30 minutes of pushing and twisting he was able to get everything back into place without surgery. 20 years later it's still like it never happened. Great Doctor!! Also was unable to pay at that time in my life. Dr. Bienz did follow ups and several recastings. Never forgot, still can't thank you enough.

It was 5 years ago that Dr. Bienz did my second shoulder surgery. He did the first surgery two years before that. 5 and 7 years later, I am totally pain free. I remain grateful every day. I remember feeling less pain even immediately after surgery than I suffered before the surgeries. I am also remembering the very pleasant and professional demeanor of Dr. Bienz. He very patiently explained everything and no question was insignificant. I never felt rushed. In short, I couldn't have been more pleased. I was also totally satisfied with the friendly and helpful service of Gem City Bone and Joint and Ivinson Hospital.
