Dr. Thomas John Fessler, MD

Recently, I saw Dr. Fessler because of hip and shoulder problems that have been bothering me for months. I was concerned that he would recommend surgery and I could not afford the time away from work for post surgical rehab. He previously performed knee surgery and I obtained a great result so if he recommended surgery I would have followed his advise. Fortunately, he took care of my problems, at least on the short term, with mediation and an injection. No time missed from work. Back to my normal activities. He has great bedside manner and I have full confidence in his judgment and skill level.

Really cares about the patient

Very caring doctor who listens and spends time with each patient. When you see him outside the office, he will ask to see how you are doing.

Takes the time to listen to you. Very thorough with examination. Provides several options for the course of treatment, but also gives you his recommendation given your specific situation. Awesome bedside manners!

Dr. Fessler provided me with excellent care when I fell down a flight of steps and tore the tendons in my ankle. He said a break would have actually been easier to fix, but I am back to running again and feel good.

Dr. Fessler is one of the kindest doctors I have. Thanks for taking care of my hip pain. I am doing much better!

Dr. Fessler treats his patients with dignity and respect and provides care of the highest quality. He has treated me and members of family numerous times.

I have visited and been treated by Dr. Fessler several times over the years for knee problems and once for a broken leg. He also performed arthroscopic surgery on a meniscus tear a few years ago. He is very detailed in his care and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Best orthopedic surgeon I have ever seen. Competent, courteous and thorough. He gave me as much time as I needed and I didn't feel like I was just another patient being run through the system.

Dr. Fessler is a kind doctor who took excellent care of my broken ankle. After he treated me and assured that my ankle was healed, he lined up physical therapy with Beth for me. The therapy accelerated my full recovery so I can run again.

Dr. Tom Fessler provided us with excellent care twice....once when our daughter broke her arm and once when I broke my ankle. His bedside manner is stellar as he is a compassionate doctor. Most importantly, he is kind.
