This was our first visit to Lake Shore Bone & Joint and everything went smoothly. The staff water very kind and pleasant. We didn't have to wait long and my medical problem was solved. Dr. Kay seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. The only negative was his manner. I don't know if he wasn't feeling well or something but I've had more connection with the stranger in the grocery store than the Dr. He seemed like he did not want to be there and it really showed.

DR KAy been my doctor for years great sergeant can't complain about anything he's done. I recommend him to a lot of people I know.great personally .

OMG I can not say enough about Dr. Kay. He has repaired my hip, did a total right knee replacement and in March he will be doing a total left knee replacement. He takes the time to answer all your questions in a way so you understand.. You never feel like you are being rushed . He's staff is the best, so nice and patient. I just love going there and know I am in good hands.
