Dr. Thomas Alfred Mcnally, MD

Dr. Mc Nally is now at the Chicago Spine Center at Weiss Hospital, in Chicago! It’s worth the trip to make sure my mom gets the best care.

I’m so elated that my wife found Dr. Mc Nally ! He has taken such good care of my wife! It’s hard to find a talented surgeon that is so down to earth and caring! He is now at Chicago Spine Center at Weiss Hospital in Chicago !

Don’t believe what SO is telling their patients. Dr McNally did not retire- in fact he’s heading up the Orthopedic dept at Weiss! He’s the best- he’s your man for spine & beyond

It’s not too often that you find a truly gifted surgeon who truly cares. His expertise is in high demand, so there may be wait times; however, if you want the best, it’s well worth the wait!! Dr. McNally also has an experienced team involving his highly -skilled and emphatic assist doctors and nursing staff... I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else!! Words can’t even express my gratitude to Dr. McNally and his team!!

First, nurse took me for 2 x-rays, second, Doctor's assistant gave all the detail information and lastly doctor came and explain what needs to be done and requested for the second visit. It was very annoying that I had to wait for very long time.

Dr. McNally and Mark (PA) has been great for treating my lower back pain issues

Dr. McNally and his team are top notch may have to wait a little to see him but he's well worth the wait.

Dr McNalley is great. Takes the time to explain options and provides information to make decisions. Two hour wait was uncomfortable in the chairs in waiting room. Bad back

I don't have a problem with the Doctor,my problem was with the person who ran the office.l requested precriptions over their answering machine and more than once l had to call back every time, and the person would always say some sort of excuse,BEWARE OF ANYTHING THAT MAY NEED SCHEDULING,l had to check with my provider who told me nothing was submitted,l have to go to another Doctor because l have lost confidence in that office to help a patient

I understand that doctors have emergencies but 8 out if 8 visits we waited for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to see the doctor. For every appointment our scheduled appointment time was at least one hour prior to HIS scheduled arrival. He is a good doctor but this is so disrespectful and is terribly difficult for people with spine pain.

I have had back problems most of my adult life. Dr. McNally assessed my problems, planned a couse of action and my back surgery was very successful.

Dr. McNally and his team corrected my case of spinal stenosis which was very complex and also had many complications (obesity, diabetes, and age of 66). I am now walking unassisted without pain, and feeling good. Technically he is one of the best in the country.

Dr Mcnally, although the practice is slow- they seem to always run behind, he was a 2nd opinion for me and i am glad i went. other doctor was pushy as far as surgery being best option. McNally was not pushy at all and explained all options. He start with this and then if that doesn't work we'll got to plan #2, etc. i like having options rather than rushing into surgery. he has a dry sense of humor and very nice. i would recommend.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate having a doctor like Dr. McNally. When I went to see him I had seen a couple of other doctors who all wanted to do surgery, but hadn't told me why or what to expect. I was confused and scared. Dr. McNally explained all my options and what to likely expect with each so I could make an informed decision. I didn't feel rushed and I got my questions answered. I've read some reviews here that talk about the wait time. I think you have to expect some waiting when you have a doctor who spends the time to think about your issues and explain them to you. I am now pain free and feel so fortunate I found Dr. McNally

Dr. McNally is the most thorough, kind and on point Dr. that Ive ever encountered. I count my blessings that i have the right doctor for my situation.

Although sometimes the wait is rather lengthy, I appreciate the time he takes to observe and explain exactly what the issue is and what the solutions are. The best doctor I've encounterencountered in my life.

Absolutely horrible!! Do not see this Dr.

Knows his stuff. If he is delayed, you are notified. He takes his time with you during your visit to address all concerns. Would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.

Can't get any better than him. Cleaned up the junkyard of my back and made it a well operating machine again. The pain is gone!
