Dr.Nolen is a great Dr., he listens to what you have to say and cares about his patients. I love the fact that the wait is not long at all. Oh and the lady that draws blood is awsome, i seriously didn't even feel the stick. That's a big thing for us needle babies lol, everyone there is very nice. Thank you to all of them ??

Dr Thomas is a good dr. But the office is poorly managed. Angela is nice, professional and speedy as she can be. But she should not be the only nurse. There should at least be a lab tech to help. I was the first appointment at 7:30 but did not leave the office until 8:35. Too long

The personal in the Columbiana office are very friendly. Dr. Nolen is very thorough and personable. Usually I am in and out within an hour. Getting labs takes a little bit longer. Also I think they must have the best plhlebotomist in the area. I never feel the needle going in.

DR Nolen was very helpful and timely.

I enjoy seeing Dr Nolen! He is a good primary care doctor, and they are hard to find. Just a good home base and he refers me quickly and efficiently to specialists as needed. No complaints except I do always wait a long time back in the exam room. I’d almost prefer to be in the waiting room over siting in an empty room for an hour and 20 min. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. But I really can, overall, recommend this doctor wholeheartedly.

Dr. Nolen is simply the best! I've been seeing him for many years now as my Primary Care Physician and he has never once let me down. He always knows exactly what to do for me and he is always right. He listens, he explains, he's very thorough, he's super friendly and it is obvious that he truly cares about his patients. His staff is amazing as well! I know that I am immensely blessed to have such an awesome doctor! I seriously worry a lot about the day he decides to retire because I know that a blessing like this usually only comes once in a lifetime.
